I want to play in the Babylon 5 setting using the D20 rules and maybe be a Telepath that isn't human I fancy a Pak'ma'ra or Drazi or another non-human since it would be more interesting for me.

I was thinking in the post series era jut after it ended with alternative plots and developments with the players friends or associated in some way.

Yes in fact when the breeding vat has a Pak Telepath sharing its genetic material it creates a chance of multiple ones and they can be as powerful as any other race and have the Librarian prestige class if they wish to go there. Or they can work as Telepaths with a good selection of guilds or just be Lurking around protecting their peoples interests.

I might choose another races there are other options than Human.

Pretty much all of the races have telepaths save for the Narn, courtesy of the Shadows destroying the Mindwalkers.

A Drazi could be fun. Think of the opportunities for shenanigans when choosing purple or green. :D

Mind rending attacks for team green or red on bad Drazi make their minds bleed out. Assuming a high P rating and the right talents mastered.

Might be good to hire non-Drazi to help they not expect a Pakma'ra to help eliminate wrong color sash Drazi.

Remember the government gives money to family of Drazi Telepaths not to kill them since they are weaker than regular Drazi. (Until they have sufficient mastery of Telepathy then oh boy ...)

Seriously now anyone want to GM this kind of thing, please.

I wouldn't mind playing a Minbari, maybe a religious caste ranger or a Centauri pilot or even Human Techno-Mage.  Heck I'd play a Brakiri merchant or Gaim warrior drone, Pak'ma'ra Ambassador.  I would play almost anything really.  I'm very familiar with B5 and would love to play for once.
