I know of at least two Masks of Nyatlathotep games being run here.

I would like to play either the above campaign or Horror on The Orient Express. I have both campaigns but deliberately haven't read them because I want to play in them.

But I want to play from scratch, not get into a campaign half way through.

I would prefer it to be Adult or Mature.

I would like to make my own character. I have some ideas for custom character creation too - I hate randomly generating stats. I want to have the type of character I like to play (with strengths and weaknesses) and so don't want bad rolls to limit creativity. In, say AD&D this may present issues but with call if cthulhu we all know that in reality invesigators are vastly underpowered in the face of alien cosmic horror and therefore strategy and investigation is more important than high stats.

Anyone willing to run one of these campaigns from scratch?

I was thinking of trying to run a campaign here, I have the Masks of Nyarlathotep campaign, and I would love to run it. I'd be willing to give it a try if 4-6 adult players were serious about playing it.

I've started organizing a game of Masks.  It will take me up to two weeks or so to get it ready to launch, I expect.  Anyone who is interested in joining please let me know and I will invite you as soon as it is ready to begin.  I intend to run the game if at least four players join.
