I've just returned to the site after an extended hiatus. I'm already working on getting things off the ground and all, but until everything is in order, I need a reason to keep logging every day.

So, I'm now looking for a GM who could run a frequently updated solo game for me. One where we update at least once per day for at least the rest of this month, but possibly for the better part of May too. In return, I can run a similar game for this GM. Under these conditions, I'm fine with very simple games -basic D&D, Fate accelerated, basic fantasy, risus- or freeform. But of course I wouldn't say no if the GM wants to run something with more rules (DSA, D&D 2e, 3.5 or 5e).

Likewise, I'm willing to run any system I can find for free or less than $5 on drivethrough.

Is anybody else here willing and with some free time?

I might not be able to promise every day, but I can comfortably commit to three or more posts Monday to Friday and at least one each weekend. Does that work for you?

I'm good with a wide variety of systems. If you want something pretty rules-lite, I can do Risus, or Aspect-Only FATE or even oWoD (which I've found runs pretty well as a 'lite' system by making the character sheet and then only using dice when absolutely necessary).

I'm also cool running D&D (3.5 or 5E or Pathfinder).

My preferred genres are Sword & Sorcery or Urban Fantasy. I'm also down with some sci-fi, possibly something-something Star Wars. I like complex characters, lots of interpersonal conflicts, and some romance to spice things up.

Do you have any ideas on a story or character or something you'd like to play? What I was thinking is a single story with a clear end-point, more like a mini-series than a regular series. That way we have some narrative momentum and a good place to stop once you're feeling more a part of the place.
