do you mean running the game using the characters from the series or just a game set in the setting where the PCs are fighting back against the company and their supers?

I think there might be more 'creative space', poetic license, and other freedoms if the story focused on characters which are not seen (or known) from the show or comic.

I'd consider playing in this game as part of a "The Boys" type team to murder sups. I think the Numenera system would be fantastic for it. Much more narrative.
