I'm thinking of running a Savage Worlds game where the PC each control a vehicle and small crew, eg a plane, tank, small spaceship etc, but I've no idea how well it works.
If anyone's running a similar game, I'd love to spectate and see how it goes.

I've not played Savage Worlds in a long time so I'm probably rusty, but I've had an idea where the PCs are ARVN or PAVN vehicle crews during the last years of the Vietnam war. It's pretty niche, so I understand if you'd not be interested.

Aside from the fact it would be ARVN/PAVN in Vietnam and mine was Allied Desert forces in WW2, that's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. Are you thinking of the improvised convoy gun-trucks or a proper armored cavalry unit?

Either of them really. The most fleshed out idea I have is an ARVN rearguard with everything from m-48s and m113 acavs to militia and police, or the opposing PAVN recon company. Players would command a tank or vehicle, or an infantry squad.

The desert idea sounds interesting, but I don't know as much as I would like about the North African Campaign. I'd have to do some research on it.

I should reread some savage worlds, in any case. It seems to be fairly popular.
