Greetings,

 I got done with reading a series of books by Elibeth Moon. It is about a Paladin. The first book is called The Sheep Farmers daughter. Those books inspired me to want to rp a Paladin.

I am interested in a low-level character, just starting out in the world as a Paladin. The game system would be Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. The game world could be Grayhawk, Forgotten Realms or home brew.

 It could be a Solo game or a small group of players.

 It is hoped that some interested soul will be interested in being the GM

 To answer your question, I like being the good guy. A Paladin serves a higher purpose then himself. He is to spread the beliefs of his God in the best way he can, by being a symbol of that belief wherever he goes, in the service of Being lawful and good. Spreading good the beliefs of his God or Goddess.

 If evil spreads its shadow in some way, A Paladin is there to defend the innocent and vanquish the source of evil, if he can. His life is not his own but to serve his beliefs and the teachings of his god.

Hi,

I only run 2e games, if that's okay.  I have one going now with seven players, but am considering starting another with a smaller group.  Its a homebrew setting, in the classic fantasy style.  Focus is on homespun characters and quaint settings.  You can check out the game I am running now if you like.  It's called Danger In The Duchy.
