When I'm stressed I like to play, and I'm stressed now, but I don't have time to GM yet another game, so I would like to play one (or more?) of these, please (in descending order-- that is, the stuff I'd most like is at the bottom):

--Blades of the Jhereg: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/bix...older_nav_tracking=1

--Mausritter

--Edwin Moriarty's PbtA game BRONZE CIRCLE https://drive.google.com/file/...c0ZrM29vUFVGVTQ/view

--The Bloody-Handed Name of Bronze https://glyphpress.com/talk/wp...f-Bronze-2.5d1f1.pdf

--Barbarians of the Ruined Earth (I started playing in a game of this, but it seems stuck, so I'd love to play in another one, too.)

--No Country for Old Kobolds

--Pantheon (a very simple god game that I made myself): link to another game

In reply to shapeshade (msg # 1):

The Jhereg setting doesn't seem the kind of thing I could fake. I could easily run Mausritter, Barbarians Of The Ruined Earth, or No Country For Old Kobolds.

Well, as mentioned earlier, out of those three things, I'd be most interested in N.C.F.O.K.

To GM for me, or just to join in playing?

Are you restarting the Pantheon game?

I wish, but I absolutely do not have the time nor especially the energy to GM it.

I'm praying someone likes it and just copies the rules over (failing that, i GUESS i could just make them co-GM on what's already there).

Being a GM means responding to each player... being a player means you just do stuff when it's your turn.

Would YOU like to GM Pantheon, Artexercise...? I hope...?

I have tried the god-game type of game a few times in the past with mixed success.  Usually the game dies a short death for any number of reasons.  My confidence in running such a game is not great, even though I've done a number of different things on RPOL: from standard games, to homebrews, to attempting a microgame, to taking over someone else's game (a couple of times).

I understand not having the energy, that's why I was hoping to just be a participant, especially with the upcoming holidays.  How far does your Pantheon deviate from other "god game" paradigms... if Co-GMing?

Well, since it's for me as a player, it should last as long as the GM lasts... I would volunteer to "chronicle" the changes made to the world (a task I actually kind of like)...

If you mean something else... um, then... what do you mean by your question, specifically?

Sure, If we co-gm a game, such that some of the load of the game is taken off my hands, I was just curious as to what that entailed.  There are a few different variations of the "godgame" out there, and wondered where yours differed.  If you are taking a "chronicle" aspect off my hands, does that just leave the "creative interpretation" aspect in my hands? I'm guessing the bulk of the work in the godgame genre is divine arbitration followed by writing coherently...

Should I just apply to the existing game and you can show me what has been done so far?  Then the conversation can be taken into PMs.

Well... the rules are right there, and they're all Group 0, so they should be visible...

Yes

That would be fine, but I'm surprised you can't see the rules already.

(EDIT: turns out artexercise could see the rules, artexercise was just surprised they were so simple, and so thought surely there must be more somewhere. But nope.)

I'm more inclined to run Barbarians Of The Ruined Earth, personally. If you are both still interested, I'll set things up over the weekend.
