I've been watching the Anime for about 130 episodes so far and it's got me in the mood to play a pirate with devil fruit powers.

All aspects of the game: setting, system, etc is negotiable with potential GM.

About to start one. Ever heard of Rapscallion by Magpie?

It's a new one for me... I've been playing rpg's for 40 years and have learned dozens and dozens of systems... I purchased the quick start off drivethrurpg (was on sale for free) and it looks pretty simple but yet intriguing.

If you're ok with a newbie joining I'd love to join the crew.

It's a new one, period. They just published it. We will all be new, even if you have PbtA experience.

The system seems simple enough...

I really like the Vice system which encourages you to do things that might not be all that advantageous but forces you to be more true to the character than you might not ordinarily want too in order to gain experience.

The system also is sure to provide the One Piece feel I was looking for!
