Francis 'Frank' Benucci:
I have a camo compact on me.  Frank will be also applying it unless it is deemed NOT necessary for his position with the RPG?

Thanks.

Re: OOC Thread 9

I'd like to put up the next turn tomorrow night, so if we could get a definitive consensus on the plan from the platoon and a final decision by the commanders, that would be great. Thanks.

Note - I meant to tweak my kit list slightly before we moved off. If you don't mind I will do that now. Just taking stuff from my pack and putting it in webbing.

Fuse - when you get the chance can you update the Comms list. It is seriously out of date. Thanks.

I stared to a ways back, but stopped after there was talk of personalizing some of the call signs. I don't think that ever got finished so it the chart got overlooked.

I'll update when I get confirmation of the call signs.

There is shooting involved next turn so I will give it some more time to let everyone get their post in and happy with the first moves.

Re: OOC Thread 9

I know that we've had this discussion a number of times but please can I just double check that there is no back blast from a RPG-7 or a RPG-16?  From memory the rockets travel a little before the rocket engages and so there isn't really any back blast that the firer has to contend with?

Is that right?

Re: OOC Thread 9

Ok, turn is up. Unfortunately the rolls were not very favorable and the Mad Dogs have gotten off on a somewhat bad start.

Please take care of the ammo on your sheet. I listed it out at the bottom of the turn and I need the players to handle this themselves. Thanks.

Revised Target List:

MG Nest - The gunner is active (firing on Sierra) and presenting himself as a very difficult target to hit. The loader has been hit and likely no longer a threat.

Center Slit Trench - There are two riflemen firing from a well concealed trench between the MG nest and the BTR-70 position. I didn't mention it in the narrative, but one of the shooters is firing at Tango and the other at Sierra.

BTR-70 - Status unknown. It was hit once with unknown results and has taken no action this turn.

Camp - No targets visible in or around the modular tent, soft-skin vehicles, or entrance to the monastery.

Unseen Enemy - It is believed that there is one or more shooters unaccounted for either on the ground or up on the exterior of the monastery somewhere.

Ferro, you can take off the rounds from your count first to lighten your load.

Was it kind of clear that a sniper or someone similar hit Ortega and do we have an idea where it came from (in case I missed it in post)?

Re: OOC Thread 9

Hey all,
I meant to get the next turn up tonight or tomorrow but it looks like I won't get the time. I'm out of comms for the weekend too, so there will be a bit of a delay until the next combat turn will get resolved. Sorry about that.
