I suggest ploughing on.  It's obviously been there a while and is on a route that others will travel so I'd be amazed if others hadn't already looted it very thoroughly.

Ferro can ride as a passenger in the Humvee. She has very high driver wheel skill so can double as a driver if Frank needs to dismount.

Might consider her driving and Frank be the dismount/commander if Ferro's skil is higher?  Just a thought...

It does have a mount, but it's unarmed.

Approach, inspect, look inside but don't touch.  Also look around the area for the owners.  For example it could turn out that it's parked outside a bar....
