OOC Thread - 13

Alright so how do you guys want to handle this? It's probably best to skim over bartering and handle that OOC, but JJM has a list of other things the group should be doing over the next couple of days. I'm going to use that as a guide but I'd like to have some other players' imput and involvement - even if we are going skim over that a bit as well.

- Find Wiktor Tenza. He has a truck you need and he owes you.
No skills required

- Scavenge for barrels and potential trade goods.
Scrounge

- Modify vehicles (incomplete).
Mechanic / Machinist

- Reinforce defenses (incomplete).
Combat Engineer / Civil Engineer / Excavation

- Visit F.League with bid on KPV offer/trade
No skills required

- Trade with smugglers (now or later???)
Persuasion (barter)

- Improve living quarters for winter (on hold?)
Civil Engineer / Mechanic / Machinist

- Construct a still (need items first via F.League deal)
Multiple

(I listed a few skills that will probably be relevant)

Billy is happy to continue with reinforcing the defences as long as the 40mm is at least look for.

Alan is probably suited to helping with negotiations of some sort. So he would be happy to help with the FL deal, with the truck, construct the still (Don't know if his skills would help) or scavenge for barrels.

Would the island be best for the barrels ?

In reply to Fusilier (msg # 1):

Are you including scavenging the sites close to our base in this?

Frank is good with working with Billy and the defenses (hence his slight bump in CBE skill and trying to expand his field of knowledge).  He can also be brought along on anything else people may want him to go on or think they need him.

Re: OOC Thread - 13

Also, this is silly but, did we actually get anything out of bringing the BM back?

Please point out the thread if I missed it please...

In reply to Francis 'Frank' Benucci (msg # 7):

Kind of... but no. You might have gotten more but Wright got shot up during the BM's handover and has since disappeared (died/gone home/recovering in safety). The Mad Dogs got an 81mm mortar out it as well as information about Operation Omega - and a promise of help in reaching the evacuation ports in Germany.

The mortar you have, but the part about going home was been declined by the Mad Dogs. It took longer than expected to return to Gdansk and with the evacuation date nearing, it was felt that an attempt to reach Germany in time would be futile and just get everyone killed.
