Test run for hypothetical public superhero game.

This is Sci-Fantasy world!  Where real life logic need not apply.  After a city-leveling fight between two alien powerhouses is over, the city has somehow been rebuilt off panel before the following morning's rush hour.  And superheroes don't fret about recurring villains getting out of prison for the millionth time.

Why just yesterday, a nefarious group of cultists hyjacked the annual summer parade and made it into a halloween / day of the dead style spectacle complete with people's souls being devoured by giant ghastly parade baloons.  Then the heroes arrived and put a stop to the dastardly plot!

Today, those same victims are back to work, apparently not in the least emotionally damaged beyond, "Wow!  What a scare!"

Visiting from an alien world, Shayock is checking out earth customs. She has recently bought herself a non-lethal "toy" version of a light saber and is happily walking along, swinging it to make it make the woob sounds.

Joe's vague and poorly defined psychokinetic powers didn't come with mind control.  But being able to punch ghosts certainly had it's benefits yesterday.

Costume really needs work though, just a barely copyright sake mask of a certain slightly over one hundred members organization.  But then, that's probably not as bad as just shrugging whenever anyone asks what his name is.

"Here's your icecream." not quite rescuing kittens out of trees, we'll just have to hope getting catgirls icecream is close enough.

"Woohoo!"

Mittens flips out - right out of reality and back - over being offered ice cream!

"Thans a brazillian, Joe!"

Nom!  She takes notice of the Jedi Ewok and gasps!

"So cute!  But Mittens isn't sure if the teddybear would take offense to random stranger admiring her adorableness, so she instead sticks to a more playful intro."

Mits activates her own BrandMart lightsaber!

"Hello there!"

Nom!  Mittens must truely be one with the force if she can wield a lightsaber and eat ice cream simultaneously without lopping a limb off.

She readies her lightsaber in a duel-ish stance.  Nom!

"'That awesome guy who got me ice cream' is good enough for me!  But if you'd like a nickname, I could start calling you 'Lone Ranger' over your enemy's frequent 'Who was that masked man?!' comments."

Shayock seems... underwealming at lightsaber combat. Mittens could duel circles around Shayock. But she seems playful and when Mitts hits Shayock's arm, Shayock hides that arm behind her back. The combat is quickly over unless Mittens tones it down to be at the ewok's level. Between size and skill, Shayock is woefully outmatched.

Hmm, Psycho Mask probably would make more sense if he was wearing a spooky skull mask or something.  Wonder Mask might make the lawyers finally notice, but this is also a oneshot and he's feeling not spectacularly creative right now.

"Hey Mittens, is Wonder Mask too generic?  Also Shayock, have you considered stealing her icecream." Clearly that's too evil a tactic for the short fuzzy girl to use on the tall hairy girl, Joe.

Or would I include things my people can do that yours normally can not? It is hard to say what counts as super for the people of this world.... I guess I will start with what my people can not normally do since I have no idea what differences my people have from yours outside size and appearance. I have control over magic. I also have the ability to use herbs in many different ways that simulate magic."

Shayock looks puzzled for a moment, then ahas. "You must be one of those warriors who gets excited and even happy from scary things. The spore was supposed to bring to mind something enjoyable or pleasant, yet not too soothing. For example, for some people, it gives the illusion of flying."

She smiles up at Joe, "I do not decide what exactly people see... that is usually decided by their own mind. The fear spore, for example, would bring to mind whatever you are most afraid of. This one had its intended effect, I just... never saw someone have scared eyes like she did."

She is having a hard time with the coke tab. Might be because she has fat, stubby fingers. Might be because she is new to the concept. Might even be because she is only a little stronger than a human her size, which would be a small child.
