I guess you are wondering: which army exactly were the girls expecting to invade the shop? Feel free to ask ;P

Re: OOC Thread

Maybe you should've taken it at level 3 then :P

I know that it fits perfectly with the profile, but even so I don't know how he can possibly have passed the psych tests...

Re: OOC Thread

But most importantly, it's a bit contradictory: if you believe he's not a living dead, shooting him in the knee means he'll never be able to walk properly again... Well, no, maybe it's not contradictory... Just crazy :P

I almost forgot:

We welcome!

Katrina Lashowe, God's Goth :P

She won't immediately join you guys, as I'm opening a different thread for her.

Re: OOC Thread

God's Goth is right.

He has given us the right to worship Him as we choose.

I express it in my own way, and He is my protector.

Oh, and howdy. I'll be like your twisted sister, ya know?

I knew the game was missing something vital to the horror genre: the obligatory exploitive shower scene. Now all is right in the world.

Re: OOC Thread

Welcome Katrina!

Oh, would a padded fencing uniform provide any armor at all?  I think it'd help, not much maybe, but it should help.

Re: OOC Thread

As a padded armor, it grants an AV of D4 - 1 to D4, I guess we can give it a D4 rating.

Re: OOC Thread

Hector, Geoff, your gear includes your ordinance Beretta 9 mil, a 15-rounds gun, and you carry three clips each.

That leaves Geoff with 45 and Hector with 44 rounds.

You may want to mark (following Nephi's good example), your current LP/EP/ESS/SPD/ammo in your bio. Since the character sheets are not player editable, it may be a bit easier to keep track of everyone's status this way.

Re: OOC Thread

Jane will now model for you a compact version of the character status, so that you can still have a line to sum up your character... You can choose: full status, short status, or just bio.

Re: OOC Thread

Despite my apostrophobia, I had to cut Monica from "I'm nothing like my father!" to Im nothing like my father: 25 characters is 25 characters, there's only so much you can fit in them.

And I think the most attentive among you just had a surprise :P

Re: OOC Thread

I used the character info idea from the soon-to-be-deleted XCom game, and modified it.

So L=Life, E=Endurance, S=Speed, X=Essence?, and A=Ammo, right?

Oh yeah, where do we do the combat rolls and stuff?

Re: OOC Thread

Not sure what you are asking... If you know what to roll, you can just do it and put the result in a PL.

When I am doing something that you can roll against, I'll ask you (usually giving you a target number to roll against or a required number of SL's to speed things up), otherwise I'll tell you what happens to your scores.

You can also PM me in case of need, or post in the OOC thread if you think the answer is interesting for the others as well.

Re: OOC Thread

Minor edit to Nephi's post to make things flow a bit more smoothly: I moved his first line into Jane's latest post and added a reply from Monica.

Nephi's car will have the boys in front and Monica in the back.

Incidentally, about the A13+2x13 notation: it means

Ammo: 13 in the current clip, two extra magazines, each full clip carries 13 bullets.

When you come across extra ammo (in boxes) and want to reload your clips, please mention it explicitally so that I can update your character sheets, otherwise your character will be assumed to have forgotten, just as its player :P

Changing a clip is a free action if you drop the old one (which you will have to recover at the end of the fight), but counts as a combat action if you want to pocket the empty magazine.

Re: OOC Thread

I don't know if she told the rest of you guys, but our GM is going on a little trip. I have no idea what this will mean to the game exactly, but I'm guessing it'll just mean we'll lose these "within a few hours of our own posts" updates we've gotten spoiled on. We may have to wait a whole day to see the advancement of the general plot. How ever will we survive?
