Storm King's Thunder: Epilogue

After the group is successful in slaying Iymrith and recovering her trove. The Storm Giants and the group depart from the Ancient Blue Dragon's lair with a new mutual understanding of how well Giants and Small Folk can work together against a common foe. Within a week, the group made good on their word to deal with Iymrith's children as when they come across Ascore, they see Anaxaster and Chezzaran fighting among each other to become the new Doom of the Dessert. The group wisely waits until their fight is concluded and then ambushes the pair while they are weakened, with the siege weapons on the Enduring Survivor and the Nisos killing Chezzaran, who had lost the fight against Anaxaster. Anaxaster was slain seconds later in direct combat with the group who has spread out to render the adult blue dragon's breath weapon an ill-advised choice, with the dragon trying to blast Lucy, who thanks to her Enchanted Spring-Spike Shield and Blue Dragon Horn Pauldron managed to avoid taking any damage from Anaxaster's breath attack.

A month later, when Storm King Hekaton and leaders from the Lords Alliance and several other major 'Small Folk' factions met to work on a treaty of alliance against draconic threats, the group presented Iymrith's head to Storm King Hekaton, while keeping the heads of Chezzaran and Anaxaster for themselves, while most of the bodies of those three blue dragons were processed into magical items.

Storm King's Thunder: Epilogue

Speaking of 'small folk', Lucy was sure to visit home and tell her family (halflings who had adopted her) all about her adventures. She invited them to come with her to see the places she and her allies had influenced, the manor, and so on. After all of that, she soon joined Jack with founding the school for adventurers.

In the founding of said school, Lucy began to learn things about adventuring she had yet to know in order to be properly prepared for teaching as much as she could to her future students.

Between being busy with co-founding a school and checking in on the inter-kingdom enterprise, Lucy found a druid to train her in the ways of the old faith.*

Lastly, Lucy founded an orphanage for all those who lost their families from the many giant attacks...

*In mechanical terms, she wound up multiclassing druid.

Storm King's Thunder: Epilogue

Zerry made a HUGE celebration party for everyone that lasted three days, but also made sure to have a private party at the end for her and her allies. She gave many rides to people during the large celebration, but also spent much time showing her climbing skills.

Zerry also reached out to any metallic dragons who may have been in the lands in order to both inform them of what the group had done and also to gather their aid in defending the land from any remnant chromatics who may still threaten the lands.

Zerry also made sure to visit the royalty of the lands her team had visited, bringing them appropriate souvenirs from the adventures.

From there, she went on a small quest to go climbing places, such as the mountain where the temple of the All-Father was.

When she returned, Zerry joined Lucy with the school that Jack founded. She also decided to begin a cross-training class where she and her allies gave each other lessons on what they were each good at.*

*Mechanically, training skills like stealth, thievery, acrobatics, athletics, arcana, etc. But also with the option to multiclass into the classes the team each had. I figured since the characters are being retired, this is fine and even if we ever decide to play any of them again, can just add a level to reflect training off-camera or whatever.

Storm King's Thunder: Epilogue

Markus continues to delve into the arcane mysteries and research with fellow warlock, Atalia Nimmeryn as they explore the floating facility with guidance from Kwalish. Upon hearing about the adventurers school, Markus manages to convince both Atalia and Human Kost, the friendly necromancer, that has been working as a mage for the company to contribute arcane teachings at the school.

As Markus continues to maintained the diplomatic contacts the group has made he also keeps on contact with the distant Spelljammer Academy to insure both good relations with another educational facility but to also source items from off world as he researches into what Spelljaming craft the group could build out of the massive stockpiles of Adamantine the group has procured with the aid of Gauntlgrym's adamantine forge and the group's Forge of Spells.

Markus also makes good on the group's promise to help the married Fire Giants Ildmane and Okssort learn how to craft not only airships, but Spelljammers.

Markus is pleased when Cinderhild actually decides to attend the adventurers' college the group has started and learns to become what she calls a mechanist, although everyone else just calls it an artificer. And while she is a bit rough around the edges but she does mellow out after spending time in Maelstrom as she looks up to Princess Serissa of the Storm Giants.

Storm King's Thunder: Epilogue

Varis ends up spending most of his time on and around Estelyndaar learning politics from Princess Halani Meliamne which is also the the elven city the group helped rebuilt in Moonwood forest.
Since Estelyndaar is the city where Jack sets up his adventurers school, Varis and Halani are both quick to support it.

As Markus learns more about Spelljammers, Varis is quick to point out that Spelljammers are capable of docking at the aerial docks among the branches of the Spire tree the group planted in the city.

Through the political contacts the group has formed and maintained through business relations. The city of Estelyndaar becomes more significantly larger and more diverse than it's elven inhabitants had ever imagined. While there are some minor issues that crop up due to differences between various races on the region. Princess Halani and the city guard are able to resolve most disputes peacefully. And while the city does not formally join the Lord's Alliance it does agree to work with them on regional issues.

As the adventurers school gains popularity, Varis and Markus even manage to get Kwalish to give lectures from time to time about Arcane topics, although everyone including Kwalish's restored companions are quick to point out that it is never a good idea to follow Kwalish's advice when asked how to secure something...as even Kwalish has learned that while he's brilliant at building things... He isn't very practical at securing them. Upon hearing about the group's interest in Spelljammers, Kwalish ends up recommending the group look into the Damselfly hull as well as designing an entirely new Spelljammer ship loosely based off the shell design of a horseshoe crab that he calls the Triop.
However with the group's newfound responsibilities, it is rare for anyone to even be able to head up to the Rock of Bral, as such in order to continue the expansion of the group's company among the stars, the group realize they will need to find other groups of people to carry out exploring Wildspace and the Astral plane as their notoriety has even brought in some students from off world, much like the Spelljammer Academy.
