'Turns'
alright, i want to put this up so folks understand, the how we do it here.
1.......non-combat is more or less RP..give and take o conversations and actions.
2.... Combat, or actions taken against NPCs are in my turn-base.

Turn-base
1...if there is a surprise, by PCs or NPCs, the side that surprised, will go first, unless something happens during the reactions to change that
2.... turns go like this..
A.. initiating group goes first
B.. reaction from opposing group.
C...Opposing group makes its action
D...Initiating Group has its reaction
.........
in the action phase is where spells cast, healing taken,change weapons, and Movement. Spells that 'take time to cast'..will take one, or two of my 'turn base'.. for those of you who give me the stats for the spells, i translate the 'time" into time for our game.
