 Elandra walked into the Plank with her bottle of Elven gold. She will head to the others, smile and say," So what are the plans for the evening my friends, and always Peace be with you my friends."

  Ivy   gives Elandra a wave, he  is   tearing at some chicken  as he  leans back , popping bits into his mouth.

 So Lass,, what is that wee  Lad   gonna  do? Ye folks got to be  ready  afore   highsun...

 Elandra smiles and replies," He is standing guard with Hooka, and his name is Mik. I wonder if we could hire his ship?"

 Reedrick  looks at Elandra,..that's the ship ye'll be takin' down The Storm.. The Emperor picked it out, Esle ye'd be usin' one of our Sloops and adds a wink

 Elandra smiles, nods and says," Aye then that is our ship, I am not doing down in a sloop." She smiles again at Reedrick, as she takes a sip of her Elven gold wine.

 Ivy smiles...the slops are OK..fast...  can move  around, drafts  less water  so we  can hug the shoreliens... That Brig?  goign to draft alot of water.  we will have to stay a good  100 yards of shore.

 ..ye'll still beat them  Pirate frigates though...

 maybe.. but the frigate  stay tot eh deep any way.. and they have  Coverttes  and  Sloops.. that  smoking  lizard better  be able  to torch sails  or  things  could get bad  for us.

"Some flaming arrows can take care of sails too," said Krwyn, reminding Ivy at the way Krwyn can shoot those at will.

  aye to that, we have done that in the past.  Be Nice to Bring a ship into the city as a prize...make some  coin for The arrows, by selling it to the  Navy, or  get a crew of  seagoign Arrows  to sail it up river  and  down the coast, to come up The lather  river  and Joined the Black Timber  Navy!..They are workign on 4  ships  now.. they have  3 for certain

 Elandra smiled and said," Well  I believe Hooka will be of great sue on our trip, plus she is an amazing creature. I can also help take down sails, I don't have to create a staff with my spiritual weapon I can create a dagger to cut sail ropes. " Elandra wanted to be more useful in combat but healing was her true calling, she could hold her own in a fight she just had limited combat spells and she wanted to save her spells for healing as well.

While sitting and talking, listening to the talk of others and enjoying himself, Huxtar suddenly hears something out of order. Not inside, but from outside ...
"SILENCE" he calls to the bards and the guests. When there is moment of absolute stunned silence in the room, all hear the roar of a flame and the following scream that pierces the silence.
Even before the scream has ended, Krwyn is on his way to the door, gripping his bow in his left hand and his right on his longsword, shouldering the door open and looking outside to the docks and their ship.

 Elandra stopped talking and then listened, she grabbed her staff, got her hand x-bow ready, and got ready to cast spells. She then followed Krwyn to see what was going on outside.

With a slight jump at what had occured, Tyri hopped off the bench and ran to the door of the Plank to warn the others but was met with almost running into Krwyn when she opened the door as he was doing much the same but with his shoulder. She let out several very colorful curses in elvish and looked Krwyn in the eyes. "I am so sorry...they...they trapped the dragonette..." was all she could manage.

 Dana  put  a hand on her chest.. ( making sure not to cover  her cleavage )OH!..My..was  there...an..an altercation! Reedrcik nodded,aye there was.. The Lads and Lasses  took care of them.. but  the  LT  here sent  any  other  , spoilin' fer a fight, into the night

 Dana  fluttered her  eyes,..then..drinks  they shall have, please..  what would yer lads like..

 The   Troops  looked a  be  sad, The LT  looked to his purse...

 Reedrick  stood there with fists on  hips,,,Dunna  be lookin' at yer Purse  to  buy yer lads   a bowl an' mug!.. It  one me and the Arrows..

 the guards  brightened and the Lt   smiled a bit shyly,..thank you then.. Right lads?.. a Bowl of  something hot, and a drink of  your choice, just..make  sure you can still walk the patrol! the troops  cheered  and  rushed the counter, before the LT  blew his  whistled and pointed to a table  where Cala   stood  smiling to take thier orders.

Tyri easily chatted with some of the men, clearly flirting with them without Reedrick really needing to say anything to her. A laugh there or a playful giggle, a strategically placed hand upon a shoulder...she put on the act to ensure that the others had time to do whatever was needed. She focused a lot of attention on those of rank and eventually would dance for them while the barmaids served them.

about  a half  hour of   song and food , the troops were called  back out  to 'do thier  job'

 Leaving reedrck shaking his head  as he loked out the  new panel of glassdunna know ifin them folks were  real stupid, or  ifin they were real smart... caus  any one in ebtween would never have  attacked  a ship this close to The Plank

She feigned being sad they had to leave but let out a sigh when they did so. "Maybe it was all just a ploy? A testing of the Arrows or maybe they weren't counting on the Arrows being...vigilent..." she said softly. "I dunno..." she muttered. This was out of her area of expertise and she couldn't even begin to try and figure out why some people did what they did. It seemed rather foolish...but maybe there was more to it that they just weren't seeing?

She came inside and walked up to Cala or Dana...whichever was free. "Could I get a hot caffee with milk and sugar...just the way the good Captain likes...I will deliver it." She said it and glanced over to Tyri and Reedrick.

 Mik was  by the  Table with Ivy.. he had a bowl of  hot  stew  and  some cold  drink  , dipping   , well buttered bread, into the  stew.. he was Talkign a Mile  a minute to   Ivy  who just sorta  smiled  as the   Kid  got warm by the fire.

 Reedrick Mumbled,..Just as well  the Elf   doesn't have  the coin his  father does.. he'd  most like make a city some place, just fer kids who don't have parents..

 Dana  set the  a pot of Coffee and  6 mugs  along with a   pewter  pitched of  Milk with a lid, an  sugar that were formed into  sticks for melting in hot  drinks..

"Thanks, Love," she took the tray of the goods and headed back out with a surprising ease of a server. Seemed her times inflitrating and playing the part of a slave paid off.

"Don't they have places for orphaned children?" she asked, looking at Reedrick, her head slightly tilted to the side as she regarded his statement. She reached up and raked her fingers through her long hair and moved to sit on Ivy's lap. "Sorry I was useless out there..." she muttered with a pout.

..it is  good reedrick's  way of  saying my good couisn does not know how to spend coin for  fun, and has , a Habit of bringing home stay children..The Black Timber  has  at least  3, from tasks.. One is  a Mute  Lad, that Kree used to outsmart, and humilate  a Horse Captain of Tou.

  as far as your part in the fight? It comes down to The Sisters, does it not?.... Kree  was out there with his Blade, he notcied  something  and  I must assaume a beggar  guild member tiped him off, else wise, we would have been iside, while  they attacked the ship.

She snuggled up to him, burying her face in his neck. "He was showing me different things to look for...but it's so much information...I think I'm too simple..."

  Ivy    smiles a bit sadly as he gives her  a squeeze with his  right arm as he   reaches for his drink with his left,..simple is not a bad  thing to be...unaware is.  It is not  , that unaware is bad, Unware is how  the dark folk get thier prey..it is how we  end our prey . One's own weapons, cut the deepest.

"I am really trying to learn," she murmured with a sigh. "I just...don't want you guys to think that I'm not..." Maybe it was just her growing up but for once, it seemed like her naivete could put her in a lot of danger.

  Ivy waves  his  hand  at those in the Inn....none of us   are  cold blooded Killers  when we are born...

 he looks at reedrick who stares at him a moment..well , Maybe  Reedrick....

 then  Dwarf nods  his approval and goes back to eating   some more stew.

 ..Others? learn  real quick,  they get hood at it..revel  in it.. gain satisfaction from it....deep down knowing, no matter how high the bodies are stacked , it  can never  regain you, those who were taken...
