Re: Razorhawk Village, home of The Arrows

The  two wagons  and thier  Lone Bodyguard where stopped on the Forest road,  some  dozen elves  appeared before them from the trees, most has the Bows  ready.

now then? Is this here the way to greet us! We Brining  ya  the Ingots  fer ya arrowheads and blades!

A Female  elf  walked to the Wagon, studied the  two merchants  and the boadyguard, your  second  trip this spring? Must have made fast passage to yhour homelands?

The Merchant shook his head, the other one laughed, Nay...we just by passed Vol and Tou...figured  we would bring it all to you..what ya don't  want, we'll sell on the way back.

The  female Pointed to a Younger  MAle. Lead them in....

The merchants  and thier  bodyguard followed the Lone MAle warrior. If  any  of the three on the  two wagons would have looked back...there would have been no trace of the remaining 11 elves.......

Re: Razorhawk Village, home of The Arrows

As   Kree and His unit approach the Black Timber. Those who were never  there before, see just why, it's  called t...The Black Timber.

Huge Trees, some of them higher then the Walls of Ironmound itself, Grow in thick abundance, almost as if  nature has  built its own fortress. The Ironwood Trees, Black and thick ,are harvested  for   the wood , that Ironmound, and even  some of the smaller cities, use for Building ships. A true advanatge  , Ironmound's  Navy has over the Red  Isles and the Northmen.

The Elves of the Black Timber, and   The Ironwood Forest,, north of the Storm River. Guard the  trees with a passion. Only those  who have the writ, and the coin can harvest trees...and even then..only under the watchful eyes of the elves. To take, even a sapling, without  permission can lead to dismemberment  and death. Some  dead Oak trees and the like, a few yards outside the thick forest, hold testiment to this. as  Rotted  bodies  and skeletons hang from the  dead trunks, Staked there By the elves. Runes  are CArved into the foreheads, so the rune shows on the skulls...they are labeled  as Thieves, or slavers, or tresspassers.

when they are  a halfmile away from the  Forest...Six  lithe  figures  come  trotting out of the  Treeline , towards them % have thier  bows ready, even as they run...the  6th is in the lead and his heading straight towards them

In reply to donsr (msg #3):

Justin eyes the approaching elves with some regard adjusting the body on his shoulders to allow for better movement. When they are within bowshot he'll raise one hand in greeting

Re: Razorhawk Village, home of The Arrows

The Leves  fan out  Bows  Drawn to thier  ears at least two of them aiming  at the non-elves in the party. Drasius  rolls her  eyes   as she drifts  back towards Kree And Ivy. The  set the Body down  and Kree walks directly towards  the  Elf patrol leader.

Quickshadow? YOu bring  more of  your...Arrows here?

Aye, Huri..they have  signed on, we had others. One  or  two have been slain, the others thought  better of the task and went back to the city..at least we think they did...

Huri Motions  to  the Elves  and they come to help the Arrows  with the Bodies,Come..we will help with yhour Burden. the  last few  days   have been heavy in Cat Folk  raids...once you reat up? We  could  use your aid.
