oh...::chuckles:: normally its  straight up..you get ( lose) what you bet. some instances may be more tilted , so the odds would  go up.

  The  'outlander business" by Village law, must be done before  sunset...

 sunset is  early in the Black Timber, because of the   giant, thick trees.

 Outside the forest its around 7-8 o:clock in the spring.... the 'real feel' in the forest is more like 9-10 ... the field behind the druids  Homes has  only a bit more light, because it is cleared of trees ( legends say the trees  moved out on their own! )

 The temples are Dark inside  anyway...so..yeah..candles!

  Gotcha, the old one must fly in the daylight, but the Druid space is probably the clearest take off point anyway.  I'll have to request Carr meets me there.
