GRASSLANDS
The small place of commerce didn't have a lot of things, but they did have some items of quality.
the General good woman would flirt a bit with any male, or talk in quirt voice to female as if they had a secret. showing her ware with a flourish.
There were all colors of Silks from Clamsport and beyond...she seemed to hawk these to the arrows, after hearing rumors they were going that way...she had a few lanterns flasks of oil..cloaks of various sizes, all in colors of the grasslands.
she had a small selection of daggers..and there were a few Hats and Caps from Tou, Ironmound and the types own by the Trace elves.
........
the Blacksmith was pouring steel into a mold for a blade, that was 2 inches wide, but had a two pronged tip, as if it was an adder's tongue . there were some finished blades on the wall behind him, as well as the shortswords the grassland elves used..these, also had two pronged tips...Hems hung there as well opened faced with a sweeping back to portect the neck from the sun...there is a selection of 'used' helms taken from dead foes, that the smithy repaired for sale...Breast Plates, and even one old..full set..of plate armor. It looked as though it had been there a while.
Sharing the Old elf's shop was a younger Elfmaid. By her look, she was from the trace wood with darker hair, and eyes more slanted up wards at the outside, then those of the grassland elves, and Ivy or Kree. a well cared for bow hung from prongs with a dark green hooded cape..a small back pack as well. She worked like some gnomish machine... placing fresh made arrow heads onto the shafts of perfect cut shafts, and secured them with fine wire wrappings, before dripping a bit of molten steel that the Smithy had'cooking' for her , in a smaller ladle ...juding by the arrows that were made.. and laid out for sale, she would then run down the droplest to match the arrowheads.. securing them, and allowing for better flight.
