Ok folks  i gonna ask for some help here..there is not hurry , as I will try and   'resolve' stuff  from D&D to my system.

 here's  what I  what help with... send me a PM  with lists  ( and Levels)  of  spells from D&D that you like to use... I will...adapt them... to this game  and make a Spell list  sheet from what I pull up myself, and what you Guys PM  me.

 stay away from Cantrips  and  Illusions

 we had  a player  who really Abused  my  take on spell casting , and ende dup with far more  'fire powwer' then I had wanted .. that player is gone, and  I am framing up our  system  so  its   set for RP  and not numbers.

 thanks for hanging in there. Hopefully when we get the whole game flipped it wil be more fun. Regardless of the rule set..the RP should still be there.

Though it is  only a minor RP thing..I updated the Totem numbers ( kill list) its on page  2.

Keep in mind, Totem kills are reserved Slavers , and enemies of the  Empire.

for example, killing bandits and Cat folks is   a 'duty'... but if thsoe CAt Folk have slaves..or are dealing with slaves  they count

 The  people we killed in the High Merchantv quarter  counted... the  tall Black  humanoids  and short Black fuzzy ones  didn't.

  Pirstes  can count, depending on  who they are attacking.

all i need is Diana's rolls, and well move on..if she cannot get the rolls in by Monday, I'll do the rolls and move us along

Ok..i went through the last post in Trace woods, cleaned up the typos..it is 9:06 AM  right now.. I will post  the reactions  to   the rolls and  what happens  a bit later, and you all can make your responses.

Niphre  has  stepped away..but  may want to come back..so  she'll be staying in Trace Wood.

 it appears  RP  has died here, so, sometime , near the end of the  day, i will move us along.

one of the things this game  is hampered by, is slow posting  , which  leads to lack of RP.

 This is a group of players who  are scattered across the RL  world, and have limited  time or access.

 I know. one  big issue is the change in the system...that was my fault, i should have  changed it over years  ago...I wanted  this game to be like  my space game where there is more interaction.

 again, there  are some folks who are severely limited  in their time or access... and I want to give them a place to play as well.

 so?.. don't be afraid to interact as we move forward. A game  needs activity, so it  can grow!

 after saying that...keep in mind, we only use D&D now  as a   backround frame work... once i get the spell list settled  there won't  be any  D&Dish framework...but the frame world of this fantasy world... one of the new players , when i announced  the switch over.. grew angry  as he 'would not play a weaker    character"... I simply told him, that character  was from another system..he pouted  and left.

 leaving D&D was easy for me, because of the   restrictions  on  ways you can play.... Kree and Ivy are  Ranger-Rogues..Kree better in the trees..Ivy better  in the streets...they still have the  'discomfort' of   'walls around them"..but they adapted...( especially Ivy!)...

 in the end?  RP for the game, build your characters   and  enjoy the game...

I'm one of the slow posters, and personal interaction is not my strongest point, but I like your game a lot, especially the mood and the story/world. And I like the RP of some players a lot (Orlin comes to mind!)

well..you were  with  me since  Yahoo days!

 Orlin does  well..he has  some rough RL  times goign , we miss him in my space  game as well.

I will admit, it's difficult for me to determine what I can and can't do right now. Most of it is guessing based on what I used to be able to do, but I'm not sure what's equivalent and what isn't.
