Justin provided a summary report of the sub units activities and actions. Expanding any details about parts of the summary Kree asked to know more about.

Luthien got a good full sleep in, and boy did he need it. He'd thoroughly exhausted himself. But now he was ready to go with the next group of those who misused themselves and others.

Orlin rises, takes up his staff,  and comes over.  He patiently waits for Kree to have a free moment before discussing the tactics of the upcoming battle.

Completing his morning prayers & devotions Justin readied himself for the upcomming activities. Once his preparations were done he noticed others rising or being woken, greeting each as opportunity presented itself.

Re: MOK

When Morning  arrived, Kree  called everyone together.. He  asked Luthien to bring the  male and female  Hairy thing   over  as well.

.. we have  Three things  we need  to do... The first is , the  hariy one    will be moving to the north  and  work thier  way  east, around this Mountian..Hopefully they will make it  to the  Lush  Jungles  they talked about before....

The second?..  these  exslaves,  will make their  way   straight along the  Grass line, to the   north east,, with luck, they  should make  it   to find a path to Mok..or  even  travel to the River.

...The last..most important thing... is, we .. are going to have  an assault of  sorts on that CArater Village.. We  will return the favor  of us having the high  Ground, and  sending shafts  into thier  Village... The Tall Ones  need to die... but the  small hairy ones   that are in their  Village, are most like, loyal we   saw  how they attacked us   at the site of the Idol..,

He looked  around  at the Group,,,now?.. what i need    is thoughts on how to  deal with a hundred  foes  at once...

Palos  speaks up,..there  was  an Idol?

..aye.. It  was  Mad of  stone. the victems  were tossed  in  and the  head   'dropped  so it aapeard as thought the Idol was eating them... blood and  flesh  would drip  down from scuppers.. and the people would feed.... There is also..an Idol  that some winged  creatures  had   slaves trying to   unearth.. there is  part of a Finger, as Big as a man, sticking out.

Justin sweeps the Arrows with a speculative glance, assessing the abilities of  each. One suspects duducious use oft neutralising enchantments wouldst incapacite the bulk oft any small hairy targets.

Re: MOK

Luthien considers.

"Personally, I'm best used taking out leaders, and for shock value. I'll be able to pull out if it starts going against me, just keep the arrow fire concentrated on the tall ones attacking me. A lot of them will have trouble dealing with the hardpoint."

Kree knows what he's talking about doing, having seen it underground as well.

I'd guess both Rollers and the Hulk have that capability. I suspect Havslane is interested in knowing if you or anyone else have  any spells, in their arsenal, that can reduce enemy numbers enmass.

Re: MOK

"As far as I can tell on the numbers, there are around 200 down there.  About 50 are tall ones.  We have yet to see any sign of magical ability."  Orlin assesses the enemy out of habit.

He scrathces his beard. "Is there much in the way of burnable fuel left in the caves?  I imagine the tall ones have their specific place they live in, and if we set it on fire while they sleep we may eliminate the bulk of them through burning and target them as they run out of their houses.  It will also light them up and keep us in the dark.  No one is going to want to bump around in the night when the fire has killed their night vision.  After the big ones are taken out the little ones will be demoralized.

His staff flickers "Hmm, blind, sleep deprived, half choked from smoke, without weapons and armor, they will be so turned around and paniky when the arrows come flying out of the darkness most will be dead before they know what hit them.  Orlin, I''m proud of you.  That is a nasty plan."

"Your not helping me old one."

Re: MOK

Justin glanced at the tall warrior, stranger; doubtful of the Number he had quoted.  Setting fire to the area wouldst either drive them out, or preventeth us from entering. However as there be no Spellweavers proposals to aid us, such doth appeareth plausible, save the transportation of such flammable material from the cave anst relocation hense.

"Targeting the tall ones in the middle of the night, and leaving the rest of the village unlit, even though the fire might spread, will cast doubt that the attack was planned fom the outside.  It will cast doubt in the short allies and drive the tall ones into their "Neighborhood" increasing the chance for infighting."

Justin was puzzled by the large warriors statement. Thee wish us to waiteth a full day before executing Thy proposal?   Hath any here reconnoitered yon settlement be there a building which yon Tall ones wouldst oft frequent?.

Re: MOK

Orlin cocks his head sideways, "Well if we were executing the plan that would give us time to reconnoiter in the day light and all gain an understanding of the layout."

He takes a breath, "Don't get me wrong, I want this over with, but a frontal assault in the daylight won't work.  At night the old one can fly the burnables in without being seen, and probably Carry Kree to fire burning arrows at close range to ignite it without giving away our position.  We can also carry the archers to roof top positions in the village.  Once the big ones are mostly destroyed Luthian can do his shiny winged palidan trick giving the old one a lighted view of the remaining tall ones and the superstitious short ones will with be scared crapless by the sight.

"Luthien commands them to leave and those who don't get slaughtered."  Orlin shruggs, "I will be very vulnerable afterwards so if there is a better plan or we can make this one better please tell me.  I don't like the Idea of risking death in my sleep."

Kree Listens to the   people  taking out  a Plan,.. The  small ones Treemen.. Inda  called them.... have been in these caves  for   a while..years?  Maybe?... we  wait Until  Dark.... Myra.... Luthien  and  Orlin..follow me up to the Rim of the crater, so we can take a look at it....The  Tall ones, if it is my guess to say...have the  larger, round  Thatched  Huts.. the  smaller ..less constructed, must belong to the little ones.......we  will  have  to take a quick look.. should they  Know   we are hear...or..if they know we are heere..and about to come out.. it will hurt our chances to gettign through this, with most of Us  alive...

Based upon what hast transpired there be a reasonable possibility oft this as they hath already suffered losses within the Cave. One doth suspect they be sure to seek out their comrades, thus discovering us hereabouts. The longer we delay the greater the chance of discovery.

Re: MOK

Orlin shrugs, "barring the veiwing from the edge, we kill all comers out of sight of the village.  As a plan a seige is more affective here until their numbers are whittled down to nothing but all units not returning are fewer to fight in there, and as the little ones are basicly enslaved it will more likely point the finger at them.  Kree has made the decision, further conversation is pointless."

Kree     nods slowly,..the  short ones we did not Kill..we are allowing to    make a run aroudnthe Mountain to the north and East..we havce to wait to  do this, incase they would encounter a hunting party..or patrol..or whatever they are doing...

..The freed   slaves, Must also wait, else they be caught, and the Tall one figure out where they came  from.. they will be little use in a fight as they  seem battered and beaten... we will keep the   Arrow MAge  with us... if she  is to die, she will die among brothers  and sisters...

..now.. the  three of us go to  scout...make  a stew or what have your from what we have..and   spread out teh   figs and raisons and  DAtes... we all will  need to be ready for  the  Night....

so  saying  he slips out of the  Cave  mouth with the other three, While Ivy and  Jusrin stand  watch over the   CAve mouth...

When the eagle returned with some snake, ate it while Feyamir enjoyed the dry rations before he nested high with his bird and decided to rest and let the eagle sleep. Durning nightime he'll have advantage to avoid the locals and keep searching for the missing unit. Early morning would be best, mortals are sleepy then.

the  4 make thier  way to the  rim of the  Crater, Kree asking Luthien to try to keep  his cloak over his armor.

when they  peer over the   edge, they watch for a bit.. at the first, one sees  thick  trees and scattered  Huts.. some bigger around, then others...

but  as the eyes  watch.... they see  the  subtle thinning of  trees  here or there, that would be  paths..including the path about 200 yards to the east.. that lead out  over towards the Camp site they attacked... and  across the  800 or more yards.. to the other side of the crater  is a Path that leads  to the north west.

They cannot see any sign of   scouts or pickets..  Kree talks softly,..they must rely on the Hunting parties  as thier scouts...or have  grown to  comfortable, thinking that  they are  too mighty to  be attacked?... It is much, like what happened at the Timber, when we were on our way... those fools who  wounded the forest, until  The Sisters brought us   upon them.
