Zorin looks at the tree from a distance, circling it, but keeping quiet, not knowing what kind of games this man plays.

Farora hadn't listened to the entire conversation, busy looking at her surroundings. But when she saw the others gathered to solve a puzzle she decided to give it a shot, ''...illusion?'' without knowing if her contribution was helpful or not.

Re: THUR

Aerwenwe lifted up a hand and started ticking off the things she could remember getting said to the Innkeeper. The first few words she had listened to from just inside the door to the inn when she had first arrived.

"I'll not begrudge a man for making......honest.....coin"

"Pirates are a very small step higher than Slavers."

"Have your heart catch up."

She quieted for a second before speaking back up. "Ummm... so, one of those. They're kinda the things that stuck out, anyway. So I'd have to pick... Pirates are a very small step higher than Slavers?"

Re: THUR

Kree sighed again.....I looked in the  direction of Boll, though we  are , in truth , headed  to Trader's way...when the  Inn keeper caught my look and  mentioned that we were going the  wrong way?..I mentioned that we might have to  take  a turn around the trees....

He Pats the trunk of e the tree...This is  the trunk of the tree..also known as...The Bole.... so here we are..at...Bole,now  we may continue on, it  full confidence of not having lied to the Inn Keeper...and ..also, knowing the Inn Keeper things we  left the wrong way on purpose, so. he may let the Information slip. to any  pirates and the like in town, who have a score to settle, or ax to grind..

Waving  his  people forward, Kree adds...stay on this side of the round, we  will go parallel with it... we may yet see some of our Cousins  from Ironwood...or perhaps some  hargen scouts, or Mercs  who are hired by them..

Ivy shook his head...A bole? That bit of infromation, is what you set ours lives to balence on?

we have an thinner  wires to walk...

Re: THUR

Zorin smiled as he rounded the "bole". Very clever captain. Keeping your reputation for honest words and actions, whilst not letting us walk into an easy trap. he nodded. I'm not familiar with this area, so I wasn't certain as to the dispute of right direction.

The hooded man cocked his head, looking at Kree with his good eye, For the sake of knowing; why is this one a "bole"?

Re: THUR

She listened quietly as Kree spoke of the gods, her own people just worshipping the moon. With a soft smile, she looked Ivy and then to Kree. Did they start worshipping the Sisters due to their tragic history? It was perhaps a thought that would remain in her mind for the time being until it was forgotten. There was no need to bring up that past...but there was also a desire to ensure that something like that did not repeat.

Pointing  to the slope they are On, and to the north,we will ravel  the trees , keeping the road in sight, it should take  us a bit more the  2 days to reach Trader's Rest. we will stop there  to find an Inn for the Night and  continue on... I have the feeling, we will be  be running into 'curious folks'  as we travel... we will need to   make certain, they do niot learn, too much of our travels...

Re: THUR

Having made a fool of herself, at least in her mind's eye, over the bole of the tree thing, Aerwenwe quieted down and just listened in to all the conversations as the company moved forward. As Kree started speaking about the gods, she turned her eyes to him and studied him. He didn't look like a priest, or a druid, or even a historian. Of course, looks can be quite deceiving, she had found that out a few times on her own.

To her he looked like a... mercenary captain should look. A fighter type, with bow and blade at his side, someone that had grown up learning to wield those weapons well instead of chasing scholarly things. Yet he talked as if he knew for certain the things he explained about the gods. Her learning had been given to her by nature itself, some easy lessons, some hard. She had to wonder who had taught him all of this and made a mental note to make sure and pay attention.

As they traveled, Aerwenwe would nibble on any roots, berries, or nuts that she could find within reach of their path. The bounties of nature, passing them out to others if they so desired to try the hardy, simple fare.
