Re: OOC and General Rules

Catessa Fallowfield:
Cat goes to round up the runaway dog and returns to the horror. "Stop!!! If you burn the fields, it'll spread to the forest."

So let me get this straight, you are going to go riding after a running dog, without the group, through ghoul infested fields, where you can't see more than 10' from you......Really?  Are you sure you want to do this?  I did say;

"In the distance(hundreds of feet), around the farm(the echoes make it difficult to determine direction), other(2-4) shrieks are heard."

Who knows how many didn't make a noise.  I'm just making sure you understand what you are riding into.

Also, it will take more than just a torch to light the field on fire.  This is a temperate coastal area in mid-fall.  There was a light fog last night.  So while it is dry, it is not bone/tindertwig dry.  You could light it on fire, but it would take time and effort.

I previously posted;

Players map of the Hambley farm
http://www.mediafire.com/?inv72dtych2

You will note, the Hambly farm (farm farthest southwest) is adjacent to the Whispering wood.  If you set the farm on fire, the odds are great the wood will burn, at least some.

If you are set on this course of action, feel free.  I just want you to know what you are doing.

I'm not trying to tell you that you CAN'T do something.  I just want to be sure you understand what you are about to do.  It's easy in PBP to forget the situation and get caught up in the moment.

Re: OOC and General Rules

Glum, I know how you feel.  Dice (plastic or electronic) tend to hate me too.  I do want to emphasis, normally your turning will be more effective, doing 2d6 in a 30'r (will save for 1/2) as a standard action.  Basically I am using the Pathfinder cleric's Channel Energy ability (though it only damages undead).

Re: OOC and General Rules

I apologize, I keep forgetting Zer is a HALF-elf, not a FULL elf.  Full elves are immune to ghoul paralysis, halfelfs are not.  On the plus side I rolled and Zer saved all 4 times, game on.

Re: OOC and General Rules

Situation; you are in a house, surrounded by fields that still has more ghouls in it, it is late afternoon.  The question is, do you want to use personal spells, or use the wand?

Tanrov would personally like it if he was healled again up to 44 hps due to the fact that he is the only "TANK" within the group.
