Maximum Caster Level on normal magic items is 9. You can't typically buy items with a CL higher than that.
Capstones (spend a feat to gain 1 for each class you get to 8th level)
Wizard = 5th level school spell 1/day
Sor = 9th bloodline power or 5th level bloodline spell 1/day
Cleric = a 5th level domain spell 1/day
Rogue = advanced rogue talent
Shadowdancer = advanced rogue talent
summoner = 1/day SM5/SNA5 or 1 4th spell 1/day (only spells that are 5th lvl wiz/cle/dru)
ranger = evasion
New Feats
Ability Training (General)
You spend time honing one of your Abilities: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma.
Prerequisite: 8th level in a class
Benefit: Choose one Ability; gain +1 to that score.
Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. maximum of +5 to any 1 stat.
Magical Knowledge (General)
Prerequisite: Ability to cast spells.
Benefit: Gain 4 spell levels per day or 4 spell levels known. Choose;
1 4th or
1 3rd + 1 1st or
2 2nd
Once chosen they may not be changed.
Open Minded (General)
Prerequisite: 8th level character
Benefit: Gain 5 skill points to spend as normal. Normal maximums still apply.

Note; - Sudden Quicken feat has Prerequisites of (Sudden Empower, Sudden Extend, Sudden Maximize, Sudden Silent, Sudden Still). Quicken is no longer needed as a Prereq.
PRC
When a PRC gives +1 caster level; gain the feat Magical Knowledge instead.
