Sorry for not participating very much in the Jaunt everyone! I've been really worn out from work recently, and have had horrible writers block! But I think the writer's block has passed, so I'll start participating more.

Ok, situation

I'm catsitting, so Im not at home. There is internet access here though I had problems getting it working with my laptop the past couple of days. Thats not the problem. The problem is that my parents are going away for a week, because my grandma has had a fall. Suddenly I have to split my time between my house and the place i catsit at. And get ready for college starting in the next fortnight. And do everything else I do....

Its a lot to juggle, so if I vanish, please don't panic.

A few weeks ago, I had a life changing event.  I was hit and seriously injured by a drunk driver.  Fortunately I was in the vehicle alone and my wife and children were spared any injury.  I am one of the Narators and have done much to carry along several of the threads.  I know I have been absent as of late but feel I have a good excuse.  I will be back, I am just not sure when at this time.

Yeah, thats horrible.  It's a tie for the best excuse i've heard for absences on RPOL.  The other is being lit on fire.  I hope you have a speedy recovery, as i assume everyone else does.  Also, i'm hoping to (finally) get my character involved today.

   An accident can take a lot out of a person take care of yourself, Don't worry and be happy when You are ready.

Just so people are aware, I do have a bad habit of switching between past and present tense.  I desperately try to avoid doing so mid-post, but between posts, I can't help it ><

Hey guys - I'm a little buried - literally.  We just got slammed by 2 feet of snow.  We get snow, but... not like this... another 24 hours or so and I'll have stopped shoveling and thawed out.

This made me laugh.
When Chuck E Cheese's started out, it was called Pizza Time Theatre.... and I was the first 'corporate' Chuck E Cheese. I presided at all the new openings and PR events. I even did three full March-of-Dimes walkathons (20 miles each) in the costume to promote the place.

I have been without regular internet access for a few days.  I can check on my phone, but even this small post is a pain.  Will be back.

Hey, I have a question, I got this very dark post and I think it is within the limits of the Mature rating, but I am a bit iffy...what should I do?

There are no graphic depictions or anything like that, but there are mentions of abuse, slavery, and the implication of horrible horrible things.

Pretty much.  When Jon said "Don't follow me", I was personally hoping Jesse would get curious.

And I don't believe they are - there was a comment about truesilver bullets through one's heart at one point, but then again bullets are bullets, and Worgen don't have any sort of resistance to standard weaponry.

Well, a few of us are in (or soon to be in) the dark forest. Since you're character is a dragon a forest is probably a good place to start out, since it's relatively open. Did you need help with specifically how to start?

yeah im really new to this type of rps im used to the chat rp...its quicker, but i can get used to this i think and ill wait for the first post in the forest

Don't worry about it Jesse. Your character hasn't really moved forward yet, so we can always assume you're sitting in the shadows and watching. Of course, with all the supernatural characters, you've probably been spotted.

Nope, our street lamps are around 20 watts compared to our houselights and we only have one big maglight with old batteries. Plus they are currently off also.

Yeah, I figured.  Considering her reaction to "talking rabbit", I was expecting something a little... more for "HOLY SHIT ACTUAL GODDAMN WEREWOLF".

I am sad now, but at the same time the idea of someone freaking out over talking rabbit then turning around, seeing a 7ft+ wolf-man and going "eh, I've seen worse" is highly amusing.

Ah yup - sorry - the player missed you were in wolfman state ;>  Was thinking you were just a big hairy guy...

But honestly, poor Izzy is so overwhelmed at the moment, she doesn't really know which end is up.  She has always had a special place in her heart for little furry animals.

Though, it also isn't exactly out of character.  a 7 ft wolfman could just be a hairy basketball player turned media person in NYC in her supermodel world.  But we've also just got thrown a loop... 4 years of writing this character and the creation of a pet bereavement center and ~I~ (thus Izzy) never thought about the pet's perspective!  That's kind of upsetting for both character and writer.  :<

If you wanna get a better idea of what he looks like, I recently updated his profile to have images of the character in either form, since he *is* a Warcraft character after all.  :3

Though he did switch out the armor for a more casual attire upon arrival.

Hey guys I’ll post tonight. My laptop charger was swapped with an HP one and my dell won’t take it... so I am getting that fixed today between projects and hopefully it will charge up. My phone post are never up to par. Sorry for any delay.

I have evidently stolen someones charger, but have no clue as to whom it belongs. Also they must have mine- which has my name on it. And the only people who have laptops are coworkers who would have all by now have needed to charge their systems so I am confused as to where this random charger came from.

And now I have bandwidth
