Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

The room might well be the nicest she's ever stayed in...explains the fee anyway!

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

Every post I make is gonna take an hour now while I read over that cant link. It's quite interesting.

I would imagine Tam is quite fluent? Unless you would think otherwise.

Oh, and what would be the name of a town to the south that Tam would have worked out of previously?

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

Heh, I know what you mean.

At level 5 and with a good few years under her belt, yeah I'd say she's fluent.

How about Aferbryn? A smallish town in the south-east.

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

Aferbryn sounds fine, just needed a name for reference. I guess as things progress and I need to know more details of locations in Tam's background I'll just ask at the time.

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

That'll work. You can always flesh out some things yourself - as long as you bear the style of the setting in mind you probably can't go wrong. Names of places in people are Welsh in style, there are plenty of examples available through a search engine.

How long do you want to enjoy the show for? When you're not doing anything that requires meaningful interaction with the world you can move time on yourself if needed.

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

Till about early evening.

I usually leave it open if characters aren't doing much, you may have something planned and I don't want to move time forward. From next time I'll type a quick note in OOC letting you know.

Since you've been more quiet than usual today - you're not waiting for me are you? :P

If you're just busy or what have you then my apologies for pestering :)

Nope, just a busy day is all. Thankfully I rarely have them but when I do I'm away from the computer.

Not a worry! I wouldn't usually ask but I'm a little paranoid after my first solo player disappeared without a word!

Assuming nothing goes bump in the night I'll just continue on with a further post from the next morning.

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

Nothing goes bump in the night - the rooms are over the first hall, which is a little quieter than the second, so sleep won't be too difficult. And the bed lives up to the price :P

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

It's probably worth me pointing out that the mansions are marked on the map in the World Info thread. They're the ones with the double-crossed dagger symbol (a vertical line with two horizontal lines crossing it). Tam won't find all of them but you get the idea!

Pretty much. Things should be back to normal now, just had to have 30mins to sit down and think about what to do next.

Let's have a gather info check to see whether you find the sort of person/info you're after. If you have questions beyond what you asked in your last post, either post them here or IC and I'll answer appropriately.

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

I have just been accepted into a new job, while this is fantastic news as it's a position I have been chasing for months it also involves long hours.

I won't be going anywhere, and I will still most likely be able to maintain a couple posts a day, but for the next week or so I may be a bit quiet as I prepare and adjust to the change.

Re: Group A OOC (Tamika)

Hello! Hope it's going well, and just checking you're still about.

If you can't get back to the game just yet, don't worry, I'll allow a good few weeks of silence before assuming I've lost you, since you gave fair warning :P
