Re: Jungle Fever [OOC]

can I post, and you just use my action when it's my turn, or should I wait?  I think you mentioned this before, but I can't find the post.

Re: Jungle Fever [OOC]

Well I have implemented the new initiative order system of posting but my concerns are coming through now in that we're all waiting for one person (Abbas) to post his action.

Considering this, I'll say that you can post your action whenever, even if you're miles away on the initiative list. Only Abbas is on the 24 hour deadline - I'll NPC him later today if he doesn't check in. If you'd prefer to wait to see the other actions then that's fine too.

Re: Jungle Fever [OOC]

I'll post now.  If my actions are later proven moot (like my chosen opponent dies before my turn) I can either change it, or you can NPC me to a similar action.  (the intricate plan of "hitting stuff with my morningstar" is still "Plan A")

How many feet in a square, by the way? I'm guessing five, but I'm not sure.

Re: Jungle Fever [OOC]

I was eager to try out my clever plan of lightening my load, tumbling through the assassins, popping up behind and sneak attacking them. Then I realised that I'd have to go through their spaces and suffer a DC 27 Tumble check, one more than I have.

So I just attacked again and rolled a 20. :D By Gond, I hope the confirmation roll is good enough.

Hey Krogan, do you have the Vigor aura? I think we're going to need it after this. ;)

Um...nope?  Nope, no one mentioned it at all.   *tries to look innocent, twidding his thumbs and whistling, although the tusks make the whistling sound like 5 people whistling simultaneously and doing it very badly*

(you'll have to ask our beloved Weaver if you feel any "different")

So I take it you guys are leaving the assassin and heading back to the Professor's? I'll move the game along later today unless anyone wants to pose a different plan.

Yes, Krogan's new pet, "Lumpy" will have to find a home somewhere else.  *sighs sadly*.

Re: Jungle Fever [OOC]

Poor Lumpy, we'd named him and given him a backstory! Lumpy was the shortest of all the assassins, and everyone made fun of the poor man, until one day he'd decided the time had come to prove his worth... and so on and so forth :)

Re: Jungle Fever [OOC]

He acquired his nickname for the boils, a disease from his impoverished childhood on Calimport's streets, which disfigured his face and body badly. Growing up angry and frustrated, he began his criminal career as a violent thug...

Yeah, I'm for leaving. I don't think we'll get much out of the assassin. I doubt we can torture him, or successfully intimidate/persuade him, not at this level. He probably doesn't know much anyway.

Well.....we can ALWAYS torture him.   But, you're right, it probably won't yield any information.

(sigh)  Can I keep him, pleeeeeeeease!!!   I promise to feed him, and walk him, and everything!
It won't be like that goldfish I had that one time, I swear!!!

My character is leaving the group then for the time being. I already said I was going to pursue a course of action.

Re: Jungle Fever [OOC]

Ack I've been given a last minute interview in London tommorow and I'm having to scoot down AGAIN today so the update might take a little longer. I'll try my hardest to get on whilst I'm down there but if not I'll be back tommorow evening anyway.
