I get the impression that player numbers in this game have varied a lot over time?

One of my pet peeves on rpol, players and/or GMs that just disappear.  I completely get if a game isn't just for someone, real life matters preclude posting, those kind of things, but I dunno, it just seems kind of bad etiquette to disappear w/o a word.

After I wrote my post I remembered that Monk's also train Move Silently, but I opted not to go back and edit. Besides, I'm still mostly relying on the Thief skills I learned as a Thief, because I only relatively recently earned 7th lvl Monk.

What're his feats?

I wish I could take credit. Started as a Fight/Thief and then the Monk idea came along. As far as what edition he is I'd call it 1.5... Nestor gets the credit for much of this and it's been fun working with him to make work within the system.

As far as 'Feats' go, given that he is still a 1.5 edition character they're at the ends of his legs.

Fair enough.  So Mr. Falcon, how about your character?  Just straight fighter, or got anything interesting going on for your pc?  Balthazar has been magic-user all the way.  I have been spending my master points, though, on taking 1/week cleric spells to add to his versatility.  I'm saving up right now to get heal or raise dead.

Just a straight-up BTB Fighter/Thief/Bard here (5/7/1). Although I'm sure I could leap tall buildings in a single bound if I tried...

As Balthazar suggests, Thorn, take a look at that link. These are awarded by Nestor and work sort of like Feat and Skill points in later editions of D&D and really provide us with the ability to better build our characters into what we want them to be.

I've used them to increase attributes to better suit things as my class path has evolved and do stuff like supplement certain class abilities. For example, I really don't intend to continue with the Bard class, but before you were around it seemed useful to have Legend Lore, so used these point to supplement this percentage beyond what a 1st lvl Bard would have.

Actually - reread my char sheet - I can use the lay on hands skill on anyone, similar to a paladin.  That would've had the original Sir Jean in an uproar, I'm sure.  The four winds offering healing spirits to a Magyar heathen like myself...
