RP PUBLIC: The Valley of Ten Towers
The Valley of Ten Towers is the center of all government politics within the Realm Supernatural, and the core base of operations for the Conclave. It is named after the Ten Towers that are scattered about the city, magnificent monuments to a long-lost age. Skyscrapers in every sense of the word, each Tower has been locked for many a millennium, with even the most determined of Gods unable to gain entrance. It is said that these towers are the only surviving remains of the Age of the Golden Leagues, an age where ten individual organizations vied for control over the place, and that they can only be opened by the Gods that crafted them..
The roads are made of white, clean marble and the streets are clean. The only beings living in the Valley are those who are members of the Conclave, and they cause no mess. The famed, ancient Golden Moon of the Valley still hangs in the sky - as it has for about thousands of years - though it is forbidden to enter it by Conclave law.
Besides the Ten Towers themselves, the most important places are:
The Hall of the Sun, where the Conclave administration is centered and where Gods may go to join the Conclave, speak with it's members, or otherwise do business with the organization.
The Chapel of Methodes, where the Grand Portal is kept and where research into world-hopping, teleportation and the Tree is undertaken.
Embassy House, a great building where all of the various embassies from individual worlds are kept, including the Divine Embassy.
The Tower of Babilu, a spire to rival the Ten Towers, where the various traditions of magic are researched as well as the maddening effects of psionics.
The Market of Nicodemus, the official trading place of the Realm Supernatural, though it pales in comparison to the scale of Free Market Pajah and the Apotheosis Circle. One thing is guaranteed, however, which can be found nowhere else: all prices are set at Conclave rates and there is an absolute guarantee of quality or a refund is dutifully given.
More information about the Conclave and the Valley of Ten Towers can be found in the "Setting" thread.
