With that said, I respect you ending the game and while sad to see it go, am glad you at least logged on finally and told us.

Also, the TREE was not going to die! Ruse was going to become the Mist Emperor and save it by feeding - ironically enough - many of the things that want to kill it to the tree as high-grade fertilizer! That includes Sura (just for shits and giggles). :P

The reason I didn't log on was because I was deliberating, for a very long while, whether or to keep the game going - and I didn't want to pop back in without a decision made. That said, hey. :)

Had a dream, posted new game, building it. Just popped in to see that Big Brother posted. I guess he was watching after all!

New game uses a lot of Dust's degrees, but a in an interesting way, uses some ideas from Eo, Creatures, Chaos, Cookie, and my last game,  but I'm writing everything from scratch, takes place on the back of a World Turtle, you play heroes. and I'm good at heroes.

And, morning everyone! Had an eventful night. I'm going to be using every god from every Theogenesis/Eo/Creatures/etc.. Theogenesis has always been inspired by mythology, so I figure it's high time we started building on the mythology of Theogenesis itself, which is what Legends is about; Gods won't be exactly as they were in their host games, but their personailties and domains will remain, and whatever notable acheivements I can think of. If I miss a god or you know of a really cool event that happened in a game, I'll include it. This community is amazing and we've all worked and played really hard together for years, and I think I've finally figured out a way to make a game that both suits me and appeals to new players and is very, very Theo.

And it's also heroes. And I love heroes. The last few Theogenesis games took out Heroes altogether, and even Demigods were very underused. If you made a Demigod or Hero in past games,  then they can return in Legends as NPCS, and be woven into the mythos tapestry.

Combat and Magic degrees will be largely the same, though Divine Power is replaced with Heroic Will, and the Social stat is replaced with Renown, and Realm becomes the city you hail from.

You'll still have Paradox and multiple lives, but not in the same way. Everything gets sort of reworked..

I don't think this is the sort of project I'm going to complete in one weekend, unfortunately. I'm going to build as much as I can, but I'll need help from the community if I'm going to do this right and tell the tales correctly.

Nat, thanks for everything. It was fun while it lasted, and I totally understand the time commitment thing. Sometimes, life just doesn't let you do everything you want to do.

It will be several months before it even appears. And even then it will be alpha stage testing.

I had a strange feeling this was going to happen.
Although I have been away for different reasons, I had noticed the lack of action here, which kept me further away.
Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. I just have to remember this time when a new one starts up, I need to start early. And make an easier to play character.

So I'm now back for pretty much ever, unless something happens.

Yeah. I just had a godawful schedule. I woke up at 4 A.M, didn't get any personal time until 8 P.M, and had to be in bed but 9:30 PM.

Fortunately now I get out of school at about 5:30. So I'm good.
