"Would I get in your way if I tried to help you?" Kylie asked Korgan, ready to step up beside him since none of the others were apparently going to do so.  She really didn't like to fight up close and personal unless she was fighting in tandem with somebody from opposite directions, but if Korgan needed the help she wished to provide it.

"Please feel free to help.", Korgan said.

Kylie steps up beside Korgan to form a wall of sorts and smiles up at him as she brandishes her sword.  She would not be near as effectve as he in combat, but she could help him a little at least.

Brin steps up to take a better postion before the on coming enemies reach them.(moves to E7)

Seeing that Brin is slowly advanceing towoard the enemy Penville urges Bigby forward.  Bigby lets out a small growl but then moves forward also.  "Does anyone might now what he is trying to tell me?"  Penville asks as they move up beside Korgan.(moves to E5)

Toggle see that he is all alone moves closer to his friends keeping close to the wall so that he might not be seen.(Moves to D3)

Within a blink of an eye the creatures have moved a great distance toward you.

Korgan makes quick work of the remaining creatures before he could even work up a sweat.

(OOC:  I remembered there was a section a swarms.  :)  Also everyone needs to make a new spot check.  This is where thinks should get fun!!

As Korgans sword cuts down the remaining monster blood gushes into his eyes from its severed carotid and his momentarily blinded.

The fact the warning was as useful in getting people to avoid the falling arrow, as the human falling attackplan, was a mere bonus.

Kylie looks up in accordance with the warning, trying to determine what it is she's supposed to be watching for other than Penville's own arrow.

Brin follows Korgan while commanding the great otter, Krais to defend the rear.  He readies his magic club to swing at the nearest enemy, but being no warrior, his attack is uncertain.

The arrow that was fired from Penville is aimed true.  The creature with lighting speed deflects the arrow with little effort.  As it continues it's desent toward Korgan.

(OOC: to answer you question in order.  yes it's on the ground, the body is that of a human, with spider like fangs from the waist down is the body of a spider of large size, from what you all can see right now it is on it's own.)

Holding, Penville sees where he may be needed, his expertise... of firing, is not a great one into combat. Best not to shoot new friends. He holds back.

Though he has a small sling, Toggle also holds back from firing or moving from his hidden position, however if anything approaches from the rear of the party Toggle will be ready and alert the rest of the group as he casts a Hypnotic pattern to slow the advance of any creature approaching from behind.

Korgan recovers quicky from the surprise atack from the  Chitine.  With a massive attack of his own.  However the Chitine blocks the attack as Brin comes up behind it and smacks it in the back with his club.  The force of Brin's blow from the club made the Chitine loss focus for just a moment.  Which was all Kylie need to send her arrow true.  As it strikes her target in the shoulder.

The Chitine focus snaps back toward it's primary target (Korgan) as the arrow hits.  The pain from the arrow makes the Chitine swing wide.
