You add sneak attack damage any time your target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC.  This is different from flanking, but I believe you still apply the bonus.

OOC:  Yes, as long as your opponent is viable for sneak attack (i.e. not undead, elemental, a plant, or with Fortification), flanking is enough to get sneak attack added to the attack.

With only one spider left that she could see, and feeling quite weak and ill, Kylie turned to Korgan and tried to cut him from the web that bound the great hero.

Moving quickly over to Kylie, and drawing forth a vial of antitoxin as well, he handed it to her as soon as he got close enough to.  "Drink it, it will help you against the poison of these spiders," he told her quickly, and hoped she would accept it.

Quinlan sheathes his blade and draws his bow in one fluid motion. Without pausing he nocks an arrow and lets it fly hitting the giant spider. "Prepare to meet your ancestors, beast!" Quinlan shouts as the arrow sinks deep into the spider's flesh.

Kylie needs to roll damage on her whack at the web.  If she rolls enough to break it, Korgan gets to go.  I'm goint to not bother with an update; just keep whacking at it, it should be dead before the round is over.  Speaking of which, if Kylie fails to break Korgan free, or everyone fails to kill the spider, Kylie gets another turn now.

Korgan can reach the beast if someone moves out of the way.  Otherwise, Kylie's turn.

Seeing that Korgan is freed from the web, the priest maneuvers carefully (so as not to create and attack of opportunity) to the other side of the spider to allow the warrior to join the battle.

There isn't enough room for you to pass the spider in the tunnel, and you can't pass through the same square as a monster.
