Actually, I think I'll take 100 GPs, if nobody objects - might as well get a familiar, now that I can afford one.  :p

I would like to make another trade.

I currently have an everburning torch, but would like to swap it for a light stone.  It would be more workable in the future and not as bulky.  Maybe I will get it mounted on my shield or armor or something.

Swap: everburning torch for light stone.

You can either add items of yours to the loot pile (in case another PC wants it) or trade it in for half the list price in the PH or DMG (or whatever sourcebook) and get some cash for the traded item(s).

Merchants in this town have a lot, since they are a port on a busy shipping lane.  And they look for a lot, since a good deal of travel goes through all the time.

Well I just wanted the $ for buying the house, so when everyone agrees on what they want, I will take my share and go to my new region.

Mike, is the light stone exactly the same other than stone vs. torch?  If so, would I be able to have it made into a necklace or brooch or have it somehow inlaid into one point of the crescent moon on my holy symbol?  That would be better than having a torch strapped to my back.

I had to follow Bethany's lead to figure out where things stand currently with the treasure and loot. I don't know how you guys want to handle the Trade In items but I've listed them just so things are clear.

They discharged my brother from the hospital yesterday. He had some sort of infection in his small intestine. They gave him antibiotics which was probably enought but they made him really nausious and things got worse instead of better for a few days. But he's all recovered now.

Thats good to hear Amy, like I said just let me know when everything is done, so I can get my share of the coins jems or what not, and buy my house and leave this region...

If there are enough coins, either before or after selling, Drake could use 75-100 gp to live on.

He doesn't want jewelry or gems, he wants coins.

You know, that would be pretty bad, if we didn't reroll 1s for HP here in RoA. . .  ;-)

It shines the same as a torch.

You can get one of the stones (each about the size of a man's thunbnail) carved and set into a ring/necklace/jewelry for a cost of about 30 GPs.  Nothing TOO fancy or rich here, of course.

A lid and clasp to cover the stone added onto whatever you get it made into costs another 5 GPs.

Don't forget you can sell whatever you do not want, too.

I revised my estimation of the group's treasure haul. I think I must have gone a little overboard with trying to be too accurate. <shrugs> At any rate, I did a quick check in the SRD and found that Summon Swarm spell is a 2nd level spell for wizards. The estimated cost for a rod is:

Spell level X caster level X 750 GP.
So the Rod of Bees would be 2 X 3 X 750 = 4500.

But this one only has 8 charges instead of 50. That would make its value about 720 GP. Sold at half value would make it 360 GP...assuming I did that math right.

We still have no idea the value of Elodeir's spell scrolls. For the math I did above, I ASSUMED both scrolls would be 2nd level arcane spells. (But you know what assuming does right?) Most of those 2nd level arcane spells cost 150 GP each to buy. Two would be 300 GP. Sold at half value would be 150 GP.
Elodeir can you fill us in on the actual GP value? Or does anyone really care how we figure this out?

I would say the estimates for the rod is fair and accurate.
