Re: busy, busy week

In reply to GM (msg #22):

Give your son my regards as well. I had a mild case of mono in college. Of course I didn't find out it was mono until my girlfriend was diagnosed, which was after I had missed a couple weeks of classes. Hopefully his case will be as mild as mine was.

Moving Stones

Just need a thumbs up or down on whether you guys are wanting to spend the time to build the big arrow on the ground or not...

New Blood

Gang, we've had several new players interested in joining up and some nice characters that have been created.

Some of them are raring to go; I'd planned to bring several in as a group, but I may just introduce them as they are ready to go, so eager players don't have to be held back.

So, if you're new, finish up your details.  If you're already here, be prepared for some company!

PCs hiking

I'll assume a kind of random vigilance as the party moves south, unless anyone wants to organize some kind of watch.

In reply to GM (msg #29):

Mirna will want watches posted when we are stopped for meal breaks (if any) and at night. Random violence vigilance during the day is fine.

Re: Renewed Greetings to All

Yes, a welcome to J'landria, Callianos, and Aalistair.  As well as Wraith Zephyr and Kolarios!

I was going to try to add the new PCs as a batch, but it looks like it's working out better to add them as they are ready.  I don't want to hold anyone back, and everyone moves at their own pace in character creation.

I'm waiting to hear any plans, and otherwise, next chance I get to post, we'll see how our heroes are doing!

Dice Roller Reminder

It can speed things up, if when you are planning an action, you can go ahead and roll in the dice roller, and include your result with the "instert a private line to:"

Our new players will be joining us shortly...

Hunting Durge

Unless you guys want to try out the dice roller and combat some, I'm going to rule by fiat that you can hunt and kill a slow, ponderous, nearly defenseless Durge so we can keep things moving along.

And I know Mirna isn't carrying honey... Kar or Jaxar might, but Mirna's the "It's only squirming a little" type, at least on campaign!

Re: Hunting Durge

I'll be doing some posting probably later today or this evening.  Sorry I haven't had anything for a couple days, work, etc.

In the next few days we'll be working in any new characters who are ready to go as well, likely introducing most of them in the town of Deadwood.  I'll be starting that thread shortly, stay tuned!

Re: Hunting Durge

Current players, by all means, do not wait!  Feel free to continue to post in the current threads!

Remember, when in doubt, it is always better to post!  Even if your post is along the lines of "Frognar continues to press on across the plains, keeping his googly eyes peeled for danger and flies."

I'm working on threads for our new PCs, and how they are getting to town.

Deadwood!

I've posted a new thread on Deadwood.  This thread is for our new players coming into town -- I'll let everyone know when they've reached town in our private introduction threads.  PCs won't know each other at the outset, so this is the thread where you'll get to meet up.  Friends are good to have out on the frontier!
