Fade Laboratory S3 B32

One of Fade's Laboratories Sector 3 Base 32.  Fade's newest laboratory which is still undergoing construction. As of now its basic defenses are only builder and combat drones and has no operating defense systems. Fade is still putting the final touches on the computer and other equipment for his experiments and cybernetic development.

Fade clicked on a new monitor finishing the final touches on the laboratory's first computer.  He quickly entered the numerous pass codes that defended his network acquiring the current status of his new base. The completion estimation showed only twenty five percent meant only a few more days and his drones would have this place at a hundred percent. He quickly moved through the pages of status reports of his other bases. "My moment of triumph will come... and it'll be... glorious. No matter the years it'll take to complete... my end to these means will be absolute." He moved back to the index page moving to his weapon stores. This expansion would be costly and he'd have to make a few deals his weapons were the best around... beyond 'state of the art'.

He called them Charged Rifles weapons that coated their bullets in a layer of energy that would better pierce shields and harm those bullets normally would do nothing against. He was sure he could find buyers after all these things could harm even Parahumans.

Fade would take the time to look through police records and open case files that he had... acquired via the police file networks. It was time to find the most powerful and 'bad ass' crime lord and show him it was time to upgrade his arsenal.

There were several choices.

Vinny the Beaut Russotti had taken over most of Bertelli's action after he died and was quickly making his way towards top dog.

There was Also Vinny's Rival Tony Donofrio. Who also boasted a considerable empire of his own and was fighting Vinny for position.

The Yakuza were also gathering a strong position in the city.

Fade took out his cell phone and dialed several numbers before he finally acquired the Yakuza families' numbers. He decided it was time the Yakuza took over... they were apparently the weakest of the three and in the end giving these weapons to the strongest gang wouldn't prove anything... they were already dominate but... if his weapons allowed a weaker gang to destroy that larger gang... it would be all the endorsement he needed. He'd make the call to which ever Yakuza family seemed in charge to set up a meeting. "I have toys that are real game changers... you'll go from the bottom of the heap... to king of the hill. Meet me in the alley way between Abraham and West."

He donned his power armor and had his drones load up several crates of his Charged Rifles. They'd deliver them once the buyers had dropped off the money. Now he had a meeting to get to...
