Justice:
more action scenes players can choose between

I have commitment issues.  Part of why I went with a teleporter so I could get away with being in more than one scene at a time.  ;)

That looks awesome!  I played the original City of Heroes and also played through City of Villains for a bit.  Though i stopped shortly after WoW was released.

I beta tested both CoH and CoV and sadly stopped when World of Warcrack was released.

Re: OOC The Quarterly

City of Heroes kept improving by leaps and bounds and wound up the best game of all time in my opinion. But at least you got to play some of its early stuff!

I played WoW on and off, but am currently very casually playing FFXIV

I was just about to go back to CoH when I heard NCSquish was turning off the lights. I haven't played another of their games since.

Re: OOC The Quarterly

Okay So I've moved the timeline around a bit. The current para age began about 2006, the legacy were founded in 2008 and disbanded in 2018 after ten years of being the world's greatest superteam. By the time they disbanded Dragon Fist was the only founding member left along with the latter editions.

It is currently 2023 in the early spring.

EDIT: added a new organization to the setting known as the Brain bank

The Brain Bank.: A government research lab made up of the greatest minds in the country, design things for the DPA and Strike team alpha, do 'parahuman forensics' for SCU's across the country, and study parahuman abilities and para-tech. Recruits parahumans with more cerebral abilities.

Checked out the site for City of Titans, sad to see it's still in development.  :(  At least it seems that it is still in development?  can't wait for it to be active if that is the case!  Looks very cool.

Re: OOC The Quarterly

I am a backer, so I've been getting updates every other thursday. They are most of the way done. Last month, one of the devs even had the character builder on his laptop over at a comic con for people to try out. They expect it to be done very soon at this point.

Re: OOC The Quarterly

Awesome! Definitely keep me posted about it.  I've missed Paragon City, I'm fairly sure I was on the Liberty Server.  I forget the name of the Task Force, but it was the one that took about 8 hours to complete, it had to do with travelling to some alternate space based reality.  It wasn't the one dealing with the Evil versions of the primary heroes, I think that was a separate one.  It's been a long time since I've played.

Looking forward to slipping on some boots again :)

High fives, fellow CoH fans!  ♥!

Here's me in my fire costume on the day the devs showed up at Pocket D with enormous avatars.

Oh, right. Rainbow trails were the endgame loot for your killer robots.

ACCOUNT WIDE loot. Too good for this sinful world.

Nice shot of King's Row :D

I think that's King's Row at least, it's the zone that birthed Ceterum Se Boare Apud Timere.  According to my college roommate that got me hooked on RP'ing, that loosely translates to "For all those who cry out in fear".
