Justice:
Where is Matt attacking the vampires? They will heal unless there is a stake in their heart. Specifically a wooden one.
I'm used to power phrasing from another game long since passed with a similar skillset, that I forgot I never explicitly wrote down the phrase "Could kill dracula with a tire iron" on Monster Matt alongside my usual "Stare medusa in the face". So it's fair to not apply metaphysical attributes to Matt's
offense.
As for where, "Everywhere". The term Powderizing was very literal in Matt's case. Which would make it very easy for Daystar to just BBQ the remains as suggested by Zhang Xao.
Matt's choice of seeming overkill is as much as anything to reduce the chance of their possessions vanishing in a puff of supernatural logic like a lot of things claim happens when you steak a vampire. On the offchance any clues of use could be retrieved beyond "Yup, those sure were some vampires"
And if they reform from the combo of being blendered into powder and roasted by Daystar, Matt will turn towards the camera, shrug, and then snatch an entire tree with his headtail to stab them with.
