** Update **

Stomach is still a little 'mrrrrr' and dinner with family for Father's Day, while delicious, is not helping.

I am in the process of slowly building full bios for some of the important NPCs. Hopefully this will flesh out the characters and bits of the world and history. I have done two thus far.

I'm almost afraid to think how my character might have been depicted in a film.

Seeing as Rodger's 'magic robot clown' status wasn't public knowledge, he would most likely be depicted as a kindly old gentleman who switched back and forth between giving sage advice and being comically worrisome.

Update notes

NPCs- Added Char sheet for excelsior Link back to this game

Timeline- Made appearance of New Age Defenders 2013, making most of them in their mid-late twenties now

Setting: Paths to Power- added Unique and Alien origins, updated Supersoldier

Unique: Sometimes unique circumstances that do not fall into other categories can result in powers, such as Excelsior being chosen and empowered by the earth, or Machinesmith being changed by the Atlantean artifact. These are taken on a case by case basis and are subject to refusal if the GMs feel they do not fit.

Aliens: Aliens are possible PCs at this point but again on a case by case basis as they are still rare on earth. There is an outer space storyline going on currently so please get an update from GMs before you create character. You may use one of our canon races or make up your own.

The most notable success of creating super-soldiers are Mr. Hurt and his son The Hunter. Mr. Hurt does not posses the parahuman gene, and Don does so recessively, but both posses enhanced abilities beyond what a normal human is capable of.


Setting:Criminal organizations, added several new organizations, added info for others.

The Sharks: Biker gang, primarily arms dealers and hired muscle.

The Fallen Angels: Another biker gang, arms dealers and underground fight rings.

The Carbone Family: Formerly a 'sub-family' in service to the Bertellis Leo Carbone survived where Antonio and his son did not and managed to pull what was left of their organization together with his own to create a place for himself in Weston's underworld. Primary businesses are prostitution and illegal gambling.

The Order of Midnight: A doomsday cult under control of the charismatic Lord of Night. Has a mix of normal humans acting as cannon fodder, and a collection of parahumans and magic users.

My apologies to all players, especially Lifelight's!  Work has amped up a bit and co-worker being on vacation means I get to cram 12 hours of work into my 8 hour shift -.-  Light at the end of the tunnel is I'm off Tuesday.  I'll get a few posts up then.

Apologies take two:  This time of the year is a little difficult for me for personal reasons and this week was no exception.  After OT on Monday, Tuesday was pretty much shot for me.  Went to post Wednesday and a fuse blew.  It was fixed a little before I had to get to bed for work earlier today and after work today I'm just 'bleh'.  Will get the PM to you tomorrow, Lifelight.  As well as a post in the game.

When I was 14, I was frustrated I had gotten too big for bouncy castles. Mav doesn't have that problem. XD

Depends on who he's with for who he might say that around. Like if there was somoeone he wanted to impress or look grownup around. Or if he was feeling especially in need of overcompensating for his little-kid appearance. But I guess RP will have to show. XD

Antoinette is an unusual character of mine. She knows things that I don't. XD

Great example is when I RP'd her in D&D, the GM had some goblins speak gibberish and Antoinette translated it. GM was like "...how did you know?" I'm like "It's Antoinette." XD

I apologize. I probably should have listed that in her powers that she just... knows things mysteriously sometimes.
