Ozzy isn't a member of the DPA, though he has worked with Ethan more than once in the past. Ozzy works for Masks, Inc as a hero-for-hire.

I would imagine that Painter has thwarted his evil activities a number of times, but should Rodger be avoiding using Branding Beam on you (out of courtesy and honoring Ozzy's dislike of it from their first clash) or making a point of zapping Painter with it most of the time?

Psyche used to be a part of a sub-unit in the SCU, but would have been promoted to Captain of the division on Jordan being promoted to commissioner.

I say make a point of zapping him, if you want. After that first encounter in the mall, whenever it's you in one of your "Ancient Spirits of Evil" forms, he'd start mostly focusing on keeping the crowds safe, and let one of the others take the spotlight by taking you down.

Okay. Be warned that the beam's secondary effects differ from form to form, with the actual payload (the tracking signal) being the main constant between the versions. And that by now, Rodger is familiar enough with his magic to know the uses of that tracker as a remote target for various 'horror mark' effects in other spells.

That's fair, though Ozzy would likely just Dispel the marks as soon as he notices they're there.

Entirely feasible. Rodger's magic is disguised, but not generally shielded against being dispelled as being fully reversible is one of the major points in his design.

I'm going to go with everythings the same for now, at most new places will pop up, but I'll come up with them later

Whatever works for you, you don't neccessarily need to be on duty at the moment either, you could be eating shwarma(sp?) or just about anything.

I don't have any stroylines to start at the moment, so just sortof get back into the swing of being your characters, I'll do reactions where I can think of a response, and Truth and I should have something exciting to pop up in a couple days.

Truth has deemed that Meg started Apokryphos in the intervening years(and is currently adding threads), but really where to start is up to you. You are the one telling your characters story, you have a far better idea of what they'd be up to than I would.

Do Bill and Darren have a baby daughter yet, or is Bella's creation still in the future a ways?

Bella is about six months old, but is living on the space station with Bill and Darren. They visit Weston occasionally but can be very busy. They bring Bella with them.

I would imagine that they are busy! Bill has enormous responsibilities he's taken on, protecting so much.

Well he IS the guardian of the earth. It's kinda in the job description.
