My apologies for my absence.  New job and other things have been coming up.  For now I think things have calmed down enough for me to start posting again :)

Judging by Justice's Facebook post about 2 hours ago, Truth has a very pink cub with her in the hospital. Haven't heard what the little one's name is yet.

Yippie!  Congrats to both parents!  :D

So relieved to hear she made it.

   We have a healthy baby boy, nine pounds, one ounce.  His name is Frederick, and he is yes, very pink but adorable.  He was delivered by c-section at around 7:45 eastern time last night.    I am doing well for having had a c-section, and they are saying that the baby is in fine health too.  Our little family has grown by one.

Yay! I’m very happy for all of you!

Just as a heads up, truth and I will be flying out to massachusetts on thursday so my parents can meet their new grandbaby, laptops and internet will be available but we probably won't be on them much. We return january 2nd.

Thank you, he's enjoying lots of cuddles and meeting his paternal grandparents.  He's loving wrapping them around his little fingers just like he has his other grandparents wrapped around his fingers, but since his wishlist is the simple and short one (cuddles, food, clean butt, and more cuddles), it's not so bad.  Merry Christmas to all, and I hope you're all having a happy holiday too.

Attention!

I'm taking the family on a cruise to Antarctica! We're leaving Friday night the 5th of January from JFK, arriving in Buenos Aires the morning of the 6th. Cruise ships have highly variable internet, and down in that part fo the world in might be downright horrible.

I'll be working, and using WiFi at the various ports we're in, but posting will be sporatic. And expensive. F&%$ing expensive.

I still anticipate posting once every few days.

We'll be back in NYC on the 29th. This ticks off a big item on my bucket list. Woo-Hoo!
