Dragon Fist landed not far from Hunter.

"Hey Hunter...what's the situation?"

Mirage landed a minute after Dragon Fist did.  She slowly sauntered over to Hunter, waiting to hear the answer to Dragon Fists question.

Hunter stopped when Dragon Fist and Mirage arrived. "Her name is  eleanor Van Diemien her family holds a substantial share of the Weston Power compnay. She was walking her two dogs in the hedge maze out back when she was ambushed, a small struggle occured before she was subduded and dragged toward the back. Theres an alleyway with several vehicles tire tracks out back. I suspect they're keeping her nearby perhaps in a neighbors house as many are away on vacation." He holds out the list of neighbors. "These are the neighbors who are away  I figure we could start wit hthte closest one and make our way out."

Dragon Fist looked at the list. He was worried about Meg though...but at the moment, there wasn't anything he could do.

"All right...we'll get started on these houses then..."

Hunter Nods pointing to ahouse on the list. "I'm going to start with this one, Its only a few houses down and is built like a fortress." Hunter hops onto his motorcycle and starts it up. "I should know, after all, I had it built." And without another word Hunter was off towards the old Derring mansion

Dragon Fist turned to Mirage, after receiving his text message.

"Shall we my dear?"

"You did say that you were going to take me someplace.  I had assumed a restaurant but kicking in kidnappers teeth works just as well."  Mirage said with a smile.  She would rather have spent a nice dinner with Lucas but luckily there were some people close by that she could vent her anger on.

  Eleanor had been terribly grateful to be rescued, and she took the day off work.  Leaving Otello to do some work, she drove herself to the Condos.

  Eleanor told Otello to retire to his cottage for the evening, she'd lock up and nobody who didn't have the key and the code would come in.  Then she began fixing dinner.

Don pulled his Jaguar into Eleanor's driveway. "Man I'm going to miss this car" He mutters under his breath, as he gets out of the car and walks up to the door ringing the doorbell.

  Eleanor called "If it's Don, come in with the key, anyone else can go away!"

Hunter put the key in and came inside.  "That was more a, lookout here I come ring than a , may I enter please ring.'HE called out as he followed Nora's voice.

  Eleanor smiled, and said "It's good to see you, Don."  She came over and gave him a hug, just as he'd gotten from her every time she saw him.  Ellen had never minded those either.

Hutner was a little hesitantabout the hug he hand't had that much physical contact with a person since Jessica...He returned the hug regardless and sat there a moment, <>I> THis aint so bad</I> He looks down to Nora, part of him just wanted to demand the message from Ellen, but he owed it to Nora, she was Ellen's best friend after all and her death probably hit her as bad as it hit him."So whats for dinner?"

  Eleanor smiled, and said "I've got two nice steaks just finishing, so dinner should be perfect.  There are actually two parts to the message, Don.  The first part, is that she wanted you to know, she was very, very proud of your work as Hunter."

Don looked down He'd all but ignored her the last few weeks because of his work as Hunter and if Hunter hadn't itnerfered then maybe... Don did his best to control his face but his voice choked a little when he said. "I-I suspected, a-after she- she died I realized she was always dropping hints about it I just didn't pick up on it..."

 Eleanor patted his leg, and said "Time to come in the kitchen and eat, Don.  Dinner's ready."  She rose, and padded into the kitchen, placing a chilled bottle of fine wine and two glasses on the table, as well as some lovely baked potatoes.

Don nodded and followed  her into the kitchen, instantly taking in the exitsw and defendable positions before taking a seat at th table. "Wow this looks great Nora" He remarked ast the delicious looking food. I

  She smiled, and slid a steak onto his plate last, replying "Thank you, Don.  I was hoping you would enjoy the meal."

Don smiled Letting Nora sit down before he started eating. "i'm sure I will Nora You've always been an excellent cook."

  She smiled, and said "Thank you.  Ellen and I spent a lot of evenings while you were out working talking about you."

Don begins eating but stops at the mention of Ellen. "What kind of things were said?" He asked before taking another bite.

  She took a bite of steak, and a sip of wine before she answered "Ellen was always telling me she was so glad you weren't afraid to make a difference.  And we discussed how often she was home, alone.  She didn't mind guarding the fort while you worked."

Don nodded, feeling alittle relieved that Ellen hadn't resented him in life and according to Marcus, hadn't done so in death, that didn't completely erase the guilt but it helped. "I'm glad, When the media first got wind of me, She asked me if I was scaared of this "hunter person" I told her Iof course I was, she reeplied "I'm not, I haven't done anything wrong."

  Eleanor nodded, and said "She said you always made her feel perfectly safe,  She used to tease me, since I never got married, that I was waiting for you, in case anything ever happened to her."
