Re: Out Of Character: The Lodge of the Enlightened ((OOC III))

I do. Carl's aware of it, too, since he sees Lurch as a sort of pasty deadpan Tex. I...I can't help but imagine he'll still be on fire. I know it's illogical, but...

[offers Adrian a full stop] 3 for, 1 against...unless JohnJohn has some pressing reason I shouldn't, I think that's a go.

Well, when the only choice was "for" or "against" I thought that would have been sufficient, though I suppose the "." would have been helpful.

Cool. Frying Pan isn't limited to only being played on your turn, so if you want to spend it now, just post the intention to do so on the Adventure Card thread and I'll handle it when I get back from work tonight.

Re: Frying Pan

Random draw = 1 white & 2 red chippits, putting my lot at 2 white, 2 red.

That init. draw for the Dreaded Frying Pan? Best Ever. (Unless Alouette draws the RJ! next round, of course) PCs are now reminded that they are stood on a wet street next to a metal pole with a thunderstorm coming, and

10:06, Today: Charging Bear rolled 14,21,14 using 1d35,1d35,1d35, rerolling max with rolls of 14,21,14. Fate Chips.

2 white and 1 red ...
so I total of 3 white and 2 red for me
Now that Natural Healing roll...
10:12, Today: Charging Bear rolled 5,5 using 1d8,1d6, rerolling max with rolls of 5,5. Natural Healing.
That'll put CB at 2 wounds.

Re: Frying Pan

I drew a red chip with a 29!

10:05, Today: Adrian Vega rolled 29 using 1d35 with rolls of 29.

Is there any way to know what chips NPC Wild Cards have?

Re: Frying Pan

If The Stray tells you.  It really is meant to be hidden from the players.  It is fair game however to ask how many personal chips they have burned.

Gotcha. I was just thinking of using my Karma Thief card, but I didn't want to steal a chip from another player.

Re: Frying Pan

Oy. Sorry for the delays, everyone. It's been a rough few days at work, which haven't made my brain thingy feel worky. That, and I've been trying to figure out the best way to kick off the Frying Pan event as well as a couple of other in-game events for those not involved in the big fight. I'll have stuff up either tonight or tomorrow during the day.

Note to World: getting ginger on that bit at the back of your throat that's slightly up your nose = eye-watering discomfort. Marmite = headbanging agony.

BIRDIE! Aww, lookit the destroying angel impression...can I soak on my turn, now I have chips, or is it too late?

[Private to GM: Also, can the Hawk roll to break the command on the clank if people pose a genuine threat to the fledgie?]

In reply to Alouette (msg #25):

Yes, now that you folks have chips, you can make soak rolls for the damage inflicted by the crowd. This goes for everyone damaged in that last brawl who hasn't acted yet.
