Adrian, would you like to gain control of an NPC in one of the threads that's about to erupt in combat? I have Jericho Cantrell and August Colby available close enough to ride in on the War Crimes thread.

I'll post something for Adrian, but I have to pass on taking control of an NPC for the moment, as fun as it sounds. I'm treading water in all of my games right now, including the ones I run.

I was trying to Boost my own Persuade. I wasn't going to use the Joker, because I had a sufficient hand without it. But my Spellcasting roll was a complete bust - snake eyes (1,1).

Ok. Normally, it would just men you're shaken, but since you had the joker drawn and it's a Critical Failure (ie the worst possible failure you can get) I'll roll on the Blacklash table and apply something fiendishly creative to it.

Backlash is half the fun of being a Huckster, at least in my book. I look forward to whatever fiendishness you manage to conjure up.

Bad? He just did the same thing Alouette did, except a lot better. Instead of only making one, he made a whole bunch. :)
