A couple of questions about Fatigue:

1. By the book, Harrowed don't suffer fatigue from 'mundane sources.' I'm not sure whether being bitten and having blood sucked is a mundane source or not (it seems to be only physical damage). Part of the post implied that biting had some kind of a magical component to it. Is it magical?

2. If the answer to question is yes, then how does one recover from such fatigue? Savage Worlds Deluxe says that "Recovering from Fatigue varies depending on its source." It gives examples of hunger and cold, but I'm not sure about magical vampire bite.

Her sheet has it down as 'vital energy' being lost as the effect of her Drain power - in a Harrowed's case, that's your manitou being nommed on. I'd say recovery would be dependent on either getting a good 0.5 kg of protein, a sucessful Spirit roll around very emotional people (terror works, but so would plus plus happy thoughts...depending on where William's actually taking Marina you might be able to let your Little Friend feed on her pain), or the passage of 1d4 hours' time.

It was Gus who said Evans wanted to kill them: he was exaggerating the Marshal's concern over Ward's unorthodox methods of vaccination, which seem to involve drawing on Snake Power.

Alouette has been going on and on about witchcraft, witched cows, witched cow products etc. pretty much since it got to Blackthorn, and has been trying to get the priest to bless the entire local water supply.

People who've eaten Blackthorn cattle seem to come back.

The Dust Adders and the newcomers might have more information for you on what precisely is going on with those cows, but what Adrian knows boils down to "The local ornery Snake God has persuaded Ward to use its power to do something to his cows which makes them immune to all the disease/parasites around but also makes people/cougars consuming them turn walker."

...of course, Evans may now want to kill all the coos...

OOC, that's exactly what's going on, via the snake spirits lurking within playing manitou and raising them. They've also been trained to curse former Union soldiers who eat the tainted flesh, a curse that manifests as a nasty, contagious disease that is fatal and that eventually raises them as more deadders. That's what created the zombies that got the party's attention, way back when.
