If you're reviving this, can we get a recap of the plot and where it was going? It's been too long for me to remember what all was going on.

Kelsey, a friend of Darius and Gracie inexplicably flipped out after a smoke in the Girls' Room and attacked Lucy, the Mean Girl from Episode 2. Buffy and the AltScoobies followed Kelsey to the police station and Buffy's trying to get a moment with her.

I figure that at most, BJ is making a call to find out what is going on from the 'official' side.

Not too useful but it's the sort of thing a hidden initiative agent would do.
