Almost.. 7 years later I'd like to try this again - I have been having good fun with solo games of late :)

I'm open to whatever, with no concept in mind. Although my thought is that it is a solo character, not one player running a group of PCs - or me just running the rest of an adventuring party, although I am open to running the second of a duo/support character more as a GMPC than an NPC.

I just updated the below (above?) post, so it's more current, but I'd also like to add DnD 5e to that mix but only as a modern-day game - I'm in a current/future mindset at the moment as opposed to medieval - whether that's just a few people developing arcane magic, a full Shadowrun-esq conversion of everyone, or the classic 'secret world' of magic and monsters hiding in plain sight (perhaps using the old d20 Modern 'shadow' rules so normal people don't see monsters for what they really are). Random tangent idea!

I am planning for the game to be adult, mostly so I don't have to worry about anything and can go where the game leads - though am open to occasional smut ;)

Anyway, hope to hear from people and their ideas! I have no RTJ close date in mind; but better to get in sooner, before I make a decision. If the * is still up, apply away!

I'm still preferring modern/sci fi over fantasy/historical setting, but could be convinced.

While the prospect of being the protagonist or even antagonist for sure has its charm, I enjoy group interaction too much. I.e. the interplay of the different characters and players is in the end different from an all NPC setting.

Having said that, I am looking for someone to start either a Scion: Hero or Demon: the Fallen game for quite some time and both might be fitting for such a single, focused protagonist or antagonist setup. Not that you listed them specifically, but I thought I'd write it anyway...

I meant to say that the prospect of playing Scion or Demon might have me reconsider the preference in group interaction...
