At the Outermost Rim is a Domain campaign based within a rich cannon developed here over the past two years

Guiding a fledging interstellar power as they first reclaim their world and then reach for control of those around them, you take the role of a Councillor, putting forward budgets that shape a fledgling colony and then watch the consequences unfold. Collaboration is encouraged but I have included new mechanics for polities and factions

I don't have much to add, other than as a player, I look forward to every post in the game, and have since I've joined.

We are more than willing to help you join in and get up to speed as best as we can and help with any questions you have as you join.

Just kicking off now, so room for 1-2 more (this is the same mechanics and broad setting as the campaign Goldor mentions, but a new small-scale and slow-posting spin-off rather than the established two year old campaign; new players are welcome for that too)

This is my first post in these forums. Have about a month's worth of experience in play by posts in general. Heck I don't even know if I did this correctly. And I am interested in this game. So character creation rules i guess is what i need.
