The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Reborn is a game that requires a well-thought-out, detailed character to play. The amount of effort that you put into your character will determine a lot about how the game works for you. As this game utilizes the Reclaim the Wild rulebook (see game links) every player will have a character sheet for the game but the usage of it will depend on you.
The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Reborn takes place in the year 101 AC (After Calamity), one year after the Hero of the Wild awoke in the Shrine of Resurrection, freed the Divine Beasts, and rescued Princess Zelda before they defeated Calamity Ganon. It was intitially believed that with the Demon's defeat the rebuilding of Hyrule could begin in earnest but it has proven incredibly difficult. In spite of Ganon's destruction the Malice has not disappeared, many of the robotic Guardians are still serving his will, and most worrying, the Blood Moon has continued to rise and resurrect defeated monsters, although much less frequently than before (it appears only once a month instead of weekly as it had been prior to Ganon's defeat).
Princess Zelda has made Hateno Village the temporary capital of the kingdom and has started the repair effort on Fort Hateno. However, with much of the kingdom still separated by great stretches of the Wild, she has dispatched messengers to every corner of Hyrule summoning adventurers to Hateno for a mission of great importance: Rebuilding the Kingdom of Hyrule one village at a time.
But with the Curse of Ganon still hanging over the kingdom and monsters still thriving in the wild, what threats await those who would simply aim to build a new home?
The party has just arrived in Martha's Landing, a beach alongside the Faron Sea which is, hopefully, going to become the site of the newest village in Hyrule...

Welcome back to Hyrule.
A year after the events of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Princess Zelda is trying to see her kingdom rebuilt in the aftermath of Calamtiy Ganon but the progress has been slow as, even in death, Ganon has yet to release his grip upon the country. But Zelda isn't letting that stop her and she has multiple plans in place to regain control but she needs Adventurers to see those plans through.
For this game we'll be using the Legend of Zelda: Reclaim the Wild RPG rules available at
https://www.reclaimthewild.net/. Like many of my games there will be a major focus on rebuilding but it wouldn't be a trip into Hyrule without dungeons to explore and monsters to battle if you're willing to go out looking for them.
Playable races include Deku, Fairy, female Gerudo, Goron, Hylian, Rito, Sheikah, Twili, and Zora. If this game sounds interesting to you feel free to drop in and leave me an RTJ, we'd be happy to have more.
