Vampire the Masquerade: Birmingham By Night

In a suburb of an English city, someone is killing people and taking their blood, which is always a problem for vampires. If it is a human being, it might draw attention to the true predators of the night.

With the recent fall of London to the fires of the Second Inquisition, the Cities and Fiefdoms of Albion have found themselves in a sudden world of freedom from the control of Mithras. This freedom itself presents a threat to the continued safety of the Kindred of the City.

Murders like these could all too easily bring the hunters of the Second Inquisition down on another Kindred community in the British Isles.

If it is Kindred behind the killings, the Masquerade is in jeopardy. If it is something else…

Hello all! I’m looking to run a game of Vampire the Masquerade, 5th Edition. I’ll be starting with the Quickstart adventure with a view to then going on to develop further stories. I’m looking for four players to join me with characters to explore the new world of the V5 timeline in a different kind of location.

I’ll be able to provide explanations to new people to the system and setting, as well as pre-made characters if they’re needed.

Because of the nature of the game, there will be a set progression of Chapters for the narrative, and I will provide prompting where necessary as we work through and learn the system and create the story together. This is not a Sand Box game (at least not yet), but it will be a story you’ll have an opportunity to explore with options to branch off as you choose.

This is a mature game, dealing with serious and sometimes disturbing themes. Please be aware of this in applying, as the first story of the Chronicle “The Monster(s)” will contain Adult Themes and Content and be badged appropriately. Also note, this isn’t a typical ‘Succeed or Fail” RPG scenario.

Hello everyone! After having a player unfortunately step down from playing, we have space for another player in our new Chronicle! The game has just started and is still in its opening scene - and the story is only just beginning.

The game will be dynamic, and players who can maintain at least a post a day will really get the most out of the game.

Hi everybody! We've just finished up Chapter 1 of the main storyline, but are currently looking for an extra player to help fill out the cast of characters for a secondary storyline!

Where do I read how it is played? (Weekly, Daily, Every 15 minutes???)

Sorry, allow me to clarify; it's played on a basis of a minimum of one post a day, though some days players can post three or four times.
