ABOUT THE DM: I'm not a rules lawyer or a stickler for realism. I'm not a numbers cruncher. I drop pop-culture references all the time. If a player suggests something "out of the box" I'll go with it. I'll trust you to keep track of your character sheet and equipment and gold, and when you start getting too powerful the bad guys will just get harder, but ultimately I want you to win and us all to have fun role playing.

My game lost a player because they didn't understand that the game would be
1. A bit of role play
2. A fight
3. A bit of role play
4. A fight against a stronger opponent

I guess they wanted things to progress a little slower and have more substance. SHRUG.

Yeah its me again. The new year has cost me a few players, but I see RPOL 5e DND isn't dead at all, attrition happens to all of us.

I need someone to take over our magical scientist. This is a level 4 wizard. I'm open to new characters as well but we have a strong group and mostly I just want to fill the open spot. If your RTJ shows that you really understand the way this game is gonna go you'll be considered.

THE CAMPAIGN REALLY THO: It's a 4th wall breaking, super OP, randomly generated loot, rail roady campaign against RPOL itself. Mystra has summoned her legions of soldiers to cleanse Faerun of all Dungeons and Dragons, and your group seems to be the only ones trying to stop it.
